Benedenverdieping en buitenruimte is erg sfeervol. Bovenverdieping is op zich prima maar zonder sfeer. Sanitair op bovenverdieping is te oud. Het genoemde panorama uitzicht is er niet. Zwembad is heerlijk groot en diep en ligt mooi zo dichtbij het terras. Huis heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud, maar eventuele ongemakken worden door vriendelijke beheerder snel verholpen. Ik vind het huis te hoog geprijsd in vergelijking met andere accomodaties in dezelfde periode en ook schoonmaakkosten zijn overdreven hoog. Daarvoor had de oven dan tenminste ook schoongemaakt mogen zijn, wat niet het geval was.

Fantastic Tenuta with extraordinarily obliging landlord Massimo. We rented the entire Tenuta for our extended family with 5 children and were able to have so an unique and undisturbed gathering. We will come again.

Die Vermieter, welche oben drüber wohnen wenn Sie auch dort Urlaub machen, waren super nett und freundlich. Leider lässt die Kücheneinrichtung zu wünschen übrig. Kein Brettchen worauf man etwas schneiden könnte, ein scharfes kleinen Messer zum schneiden wenn man was kochen möchte ist etwas wenig und Besteck ist leider auch nicht viel vorhanden. Die Herdplatten sowie die gesamte Küche sind alt. Die Herdplatten brauchen sehr lange bis sie warm werden.
Die Betten sollten unbedingt erneuert werden, besonders die zwei Einzelbetten, sobald man den Bettkasten geöffnet hat kam in kürzester Zeit ein modriger Geruch hoch und man musste das komplette Zimmer erstmal lüften um den Geruch loszuwerden.
Der Fernseher, welcher vorhanden ist gibt leider nur glaube 3 Kanäle die man schauen kann. Wenn man einen regnerischen Tag erwischt und mal einen Film im Fernsehen schauen möchte ist das ziemlich blöd.
Im Großen und Ganzen war die Ferienwohnung in Ordnung, wenn man sie auf den neusten Stand bringen würde, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Het mooie appartement is zeker ruim genoeg voor 3 mensen . Rustig gelegen in het centrum van het dorpje. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt door de vele wijngaarden en genoten van het concert op onze laatste avond

Great location with a beautiful interior. Fantastic view of the lake and mountains even when inside. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Only three stars because it’s overpriced. The expectation was high if you pay nearly € 10.000 for two weeks what would pay a 5-star first class hotel all inclusive. Front gate was out of order for one week and has to be open manually whenever you wanted to leave the house by car. If you turn on all air condition at the same time (what was necessary @ +39C) the fuse went out at any time. The sink in the shower was clogged and has to be cleaned by us. Minor things like the garden needs to be done and some tiles in the pool went off, a broken lounger (4 sun lounger for 6 people), a tv-receiver that crashes some times and an extremely loud fridge that disturb your sleep. Maybe minor things but at a high-end price it needs to be 100% for a 100% satisfaction.
