Mooi huisje op een prachtige locatie. Vooral het zwembad en tuinhuisje zijn intensief gebruikt!

Wij waren twee weken in dit authentieke huis. Het huis ligt lekker afgelegen, waardoor je veel privacy heb. Maar vooral rust! Een nadeel is dat de weg er naar toe onverhard is en niet geschikt is voor sportauto's. Maar dat heeft wel z'n charme.
Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht maar wel van alle moderne faciliteiten voorzien. Denk daarbij aan wifi en inductie koken.
Het buiten vertoeven is geweldig met zo'n mooi uitzicht en een goed onderhouden zwembad.
Communicatie loopt goed. Spreken wel alleen Italiaans.

Very nice view over the bay of St. Cyprien. Swimming pool great. Cleanliness of the facility tolerable, nothing for people with higher standards. Apartment 5 is cheaply furnished except for the bathroom which is new and already very used. Not suitable for 3-4 people, for a couple optimal space. For € 188, - per day you get better accommodations in this region on Corsica.

For our needs the house was almost perfect and filfilled our expectations. The hosts were very friendly.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. La plage publique est proche, mais accessible par un escalier d'une centaine de marches. En cas de canicule, le logement est assez frais. La literie est confortable. De bonnes vacances en famille, dans un logement plutôt vintage: les équipements sont assez rudimentaires (pas de ventilateur, pas de four micro-ondes...) voire vieillots: (moustiquaires déchirées, vitre réparée avec du ruban adhésif, bac de douche écaillé et rouillé). Luisa, la propriétaire, et Simona, qui nous a accueillis, sont des personnes sympathiques et disponibles. Anzio est une commune agréable et le quartier dispose de quelques commerces alimentaires.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Ideal für Paare. Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Lavanda very much. The house is beautiful, very clean and the loaction is good. Although we had to pay for the airconditioning which didn’t work for 2 days…
