Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in alten landschaftstypischen Gebäuden. So bot unsere Ferienwohnung in der sommerlichen Wärme eine angenehme Kühle. In den Räumen ist noch viel der ursprünglichen Bauweise erhalten geblieben.

This property is a green oasis lovingly tended by the friendly and attentive hosts. The ideal place to relax and as a starting point for exploring southern Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
The holiday units are located in old buildings typical of the landscape. Thus, our holiday flat offered a pleasant coolness in the summer heat. Much of the original construction has been preserved in the rooms.
We liked it very much.
Beide Appartements sind in einem neuwertigen Zustand und tip top sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, so dass man sowohl den Strand als auch den Hafen oder die Altstadt fußläufig erreichen kann. Wichtig ist des weiteren, dass es im Umfeld der Wohnung genügend Parkplätze gibt, auf denen man unentgeltlich parken kann.

The location is very good, so that you can reach the beach as well as the harbour or the old town on foot. It is also important that there are plenty of parking spaces in the vicinity of the flat, where you can park free of charge.
This villa is a gem. If I could give more stars than 5, I would do so. The pictures do not do it justice, it is perfect. The owners were the loveliest couple who were very responsive to any inquiries. I will most definitely return!
Lovely villa in a rural location. Very peaceful. Incredible views. Help with bags provided on arrival. Not enough toilet roll and soap provided and cleaning fee quite high.
We. had a wonderful time. We spent 6 days here (15 of us) It was comfortable and clean. There was enough space for everyone. Every day we would find ourselves sitting around the pool. the Host was very friendly and accommodating. she was quick to respond when we requested anything from her. Over all. A great experience and great value for our Group.
We had a wonderful time here. A very well equipped, comfortable and beautiful property. A great location down the hill from Cortona. Most of all the owners are super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. A first class operation. We hope to return.
We had an amazing week at this rustic and charming Villa, and highly recommend it .Breathtaking views from every window and a perfect pool area to relax. Sennia kept the spotless on visits. We had Marinella come to cook dinner on our last night it was a fabulous meal.,only sorry we didn’t discover her amazing cooking earlier in the week.( very , very reasonable cost).

Logement vieillot à remettre au goût du jour. Installation électrique à refaire complètement, Housses de couettes fournies pour lit 1 personne alors qu'il s'agit de lits 2 personnes. Manque de matériel (grandes tasses ou bols...). Robinet évier qui ne tient plus. Micro-ondes qui ne fonctionne pas. Portail en très mauvais état, etc
