This is a excellent villa. Perfect for 10 people. A lot of space and all you need in a home was there. Kitchenware, towels umbrella’s etc. It’s really beautifully situated on top of a Hill with a stonishing view. It was also very very clean and has a beatiful large garden. We really enjoyed the pool. Great size, clean water en very relaxing beds. And last but not least a warm welcome by Elizabetta.
The proximity of the town of Lucca is a great asset. With our five grandchildren and their parents we especially enjoyed the pool and the dining facilities outside. The toys for the children in the open attic were a pleasant surprise.
Das Haus und die Lage sind grundsätzlich gut und die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist nur 12 Meter x 6 Meter (bei der Reservierung steht 25 Meter). Das Haus hat nur zwei Schlafzimmer nicht wie bei unserer Reservierung beschrieben drei. Der Gartenanteil ist ungepflegt, der Rasen ausgetrocknet, da die Bewässerungsanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Die Einrichtung ist sehr billig was ich sehr schade finde, jedoch zweckmässig. Wir haben das Haus für drei Wochen gemietet, in der letzten Woche ist das Internet praktisch zum Erliegen gekommen und es ging zeitweise nicht mehr. Was aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht geht ist die Sauberkeit! Die Küche und die Nasszonen inklusive Toiletten waren nur oberflächlich gereinigt und im Badezimmer hat es Schimmel. Das Beste im Haus und was auch wirklich funktioniert hat ist die Klimaanlage. Unser Fazit: Wir hatten trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub, würden dieses Haus aber nicht mehr buchen.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at the Villa. The owners were very accommodating and supportive of our needs. The location of the villa was perfect for exploring beautiful Tuscany. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice, as the house is very spacious and exceptionally clean. The swimming pool was fantastic and frequently maintained. We would highly recommend this Villa, and we will return again
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Sole. Het huis was schoon, de omgeving vonden we erg mooi en het privézwembad was geweldig. Wat een rust en wat een mooie natuur!

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutto. E' un collage frutto di vari interventi perchè l'immobile prima doveva essere diviso in altro modo. Se non si ha pretese va bene. Bella la zona e tranquilla ed areata. Un po' stretto lo spazio dove c'è il letto.
Come specificato a circa 1 km dal mare. Ci si può benissimo andare a piedi. Parcheggio a pagamento a due passi. Nelle strade più di due o tre ore (non ricordo) non si può sostare pena la multa di 16 euro per ogni due ore in più di sosta.

The space where there is the bed is a bit narrow.
As mentioned about 1 km from the sea. You can even walk there. Paid parking a stone's throw away. In the streets more than two or three hours (I don't remember) you can not stay under penalty of a fine of 16 euros for every two hours more of parking.
Excellent Villa, only let down slightly through no AC in main Villa (we ended up using the annexe), the drive up to the villa was very challenging for our 7 seater car, lots of wheel skidding and the TV was a waste of time.
