Also nicht erschrecken.

The instructions how to reach the property are leading you through some bad roads. Would be better to access the from east, i.e. Centoia.

The micro-wave was broken and Luca changed it in less than 2 hours (on a Sunday, by the way!). There is free parking nearby, and some very good restaurants.
Figline Valdarno is beautiful, and it offers very good connections to Florence (about half an hour by train).
The only inconvenience is wifi, this is very slow and it can hardly be used.

[Counter comment from the owner]: Regarding the internet access, at the moment there is a contract for 500 MB per day, once the MB have been used up the connection continues but slowly. The owner is evaluating other solutions!
