Location very well situated only a few hundred meters from the beaches. The daily market is at the gates of the property. The interior is very rational, the bedding is good and there are plenty of storage space. The kitchen equipment is abundant.

Appartement convenable pour 2 mais avec le strict minimum en vaisselle notamment. A signaler la très bonne réactivité et la disponibilité de Claudio. Le parking est très limite en terme de place

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was even better than the pictures show it to be. The pool was fantastic and well maintained with cleaning every morning. The owner's mother met us for check-in and the owner helped us with questions during our stay. Highly recommended (we were a family group with 3 children aged 4, 8 & 12 and two grandparents). Only draw back would be that you can't walk to Montalcino from the house despite the proximity, due to lack of footpaths beside the winding road.
Brilliant place. Awesome garden with shade, a pool with a view, very friendly landlords, close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano. We were there in July.
Very nice house, with a big garden and everything we need outside to have lunch / diner.
The owner is very kind, available, and takes care that we have everything we need.
