A wonderful house, with big rooms and a lot of space. Little difficult to find the way the first time, but it located close to a golf course and only 30 min from Florence

Urlaub pur. Freundliche Gastgeber, vollumfänglich ausgestattete geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung. Und nicht zu vergessen - ein traumhafter Ausblick.

The property was generally as described. However I believe that the WiFi should have been included as general phone reception was not good without is. Also whilst I understand that having the pool heated was an option it was far too cold to be used at this time of the year without heating.
Better instruction in English on the use of the TV would have been appreciated.
Lastly we had an issue with 3 cockroaches found within the villa even though it was very clean and no food had been left out. Hopefully these could be eradicated for future tenants.
Otherwise everything was fine. The villa was clean and well maintained and equipped with pretty much everything you needed to make it a home from home. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden.
Die Betten bzw die Matratzen waren etwas fleckig- das sollte verbessert werden. Die Lage ist perfekt und man war in fünf Minuten am Strand.

The beds - mattresses were a bit stained - that should be improved. The location is perfect and you were on the beach in five minutes.

We loved our stay. It’s a darling place and the views are stunning. It’s a quick walk to the restaurants (we took the steps as a short cut and it’s nice exercise) and location is perfect. Spotless and classy place.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Service von der Buchung bis zur Abwicklung. Wir waren in der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, sie hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Ein Geschenk war der tolle Ausblick am Abend und am Morgen auf das Matterhorn. Das Inventar war genau ausreichend für uns und alles vorhanden, um täglich eine Mahlzeit für Zwei zu kreieren. prima! Kleiner Ergänzungsvorschlag: es fehlen Haken für Anorak o.Ä. Es gibt die Türhaken, ohne Bohrlöcher und bestimmt eine Unterstützung an der Wohnungs- und Badezimmertür. Kleines Manko: es fehlten Kaffeelöffel, wir fanden nur noch zwei vor.
Wir hoffen, noch ein weiteres Mal diese Wohnung über Sie buchen zu können und geben den Kontakt gern weiter,

The great view in the evening and in the morning of the Matterhorn was a gift. The inventory was just enough for us and everything was there to create a meal for two every day. great! Small additional suggestion: hooks for anorak or similar are missing. There are the door hooks, without drill holes and determines a support on the apartment and bathroom door. Small drawback: coffee spoons were missing, we only found two.
