Das Appartment war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und dadurch hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut, auch gute Busverbindungen.

Wir haben in der Villa "Il Pellicano" schon vor zwei Jahren, noch unter dem Namen "Villa Oleandro", zwei Wochen verbracht. Wieder haben wir den Garten und den täglich gereinigten Pool genossen. Auch der Outdoor- Grill und der Pizzaofen haben zum Vergnügen beigetragen, wenn auch eine kleine Entrümpelung dieses Bereichs nicht schaden würde. Weniger gefreut hat uns der Preisaufschlag von satten 20 Prozent. Da hätten wir erwartet, dass in der Küche im Spülbecken die schon vor zwei Jahren defekte Mischdüse ersetzt worden wäre und die schon vor zwei Jahren nicht mehr normal laufende Besteckschublade geflickt worden wäre. Dass der Geschirrspüler, auch dies wie vor zwei Jahren, jedes Mal beim Öffnen droht herauszufallen, hat schon gar nicht mehr erstaunt. Der nicht funktionierende Drehteller im Mikrowellengerät hat auch nicht überrascht. Neu war der Umstand, dass sowohl Geschirr, wie auch Besteck, vor Gebrauch eine Nachreinigung nötig hatten. Diese Nachreinigung war übrigens auch bei den sehr praktischen Ausziehtischen auf der Veranda nötig. Ein einziges Geschirrtuch für zwei Wochen ist zu wenig. Beim aktuellen Mietpreis wäre wohl auch eine zweite Garnitur Bettwäsche für zwei Wochen kein Luxus und der Ersatz der WC- Besen-Garnitur mit Rost- und anderen (?) Flecken dringend nötig.
Gefreut haben die Ventilatoren, die für die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage bereitgestellt wurden.
Unser Fazit: Mit bescheidenem Aufwand könnte dieses Objekt im oberen Preissektor in ein rundum gefreutes und bedingungslos empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil verwandelt werden.
Schade!!!

Again we enjoyed the garden and the daily cleaned pool. The outdoor grill and the pizza oven have contributed to the pleasure, even if a small clearing of this area would not hurt. We were less pleased with the price increase of a whopping 20 percent. In these 2 years we would have expected that in the kitchen the defective mixing nozzle of the sink would have been replaced and the no longer running normal cutlery drawer would have been patched. The fact that the dishwasher, as it was two years ago, threatens to fall out every time it opens, has certainly not astonished anyone. The non-functioning plate in the microwave did not surprise either. New was the fact that the dishes, as well as cutlery, had to be cleaned before use. Incidentally, this re-cleaning was also necessary with the very practical extension tables on the veranda. A single tea towel for two weeks is not enough. For the current rental price, a second set of bed linen for two weeks would be no luxury and the replacement of the toilet broom set with rust and other (?) stains is urgently needed.
Delightedwith the fans, which were provided for the rooms without air conditioning.
Our conclusion: With modest effort, this property in the upper price sector could be turned into a completely happy holiday home that would be absolutely recommendable.
What a shame!!!

Wir waren zu sechst dort, d.h. mit unseren 2 Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre), den Großeltern und dann natürlich wir die Eltern :).
Das Haus war gemütlich und für uns ausreichend. Im Wohnzimmer konnte man schön zusammen sitzen, es gab einen großen gemeinsamen Esstisch und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Für den Holzfussboden im Haus sollte man sich Drinnenschuhe mitbringen, da wir alle uns besonders die Kinder beim barfuss laufen Splitter eingetreten haben.
Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Dusche, dass nachdem wir es weitergegeben hatten, einen Tag später erfolgreich beseitigt wurde. Alle waren sehr freundlich.
Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr angenehm, so dass wir unseren Bollerwagen dieses Jahr unbenutzt wieder mitgenommen haben.
Es war ein sehr entspannter schöner Urlaub.

The house was comfortable and adequate for us. In the living room you could sit together nicely, there was a large common dining table and the kitchen was well equipped. For the wooden floor in the house you should bring yourself some indoor shoes, since we all (especially the children) got splinters while walking barefoot.
We had a shower problem that was successfully fixed the day after we notified it. Everyone was very friendly.
The proximity to the beach is very pleasant.
It was a very relaxing nice holiday.

het verblijf was ok. Heel moeilijk te vinden. GPS coordinaten mss vermelden op de site. Toch enkele minpuntjes nl geen deftige koffiezet. Op de site staat op 6 km van de zee. Dit klopt jammer genoeg niet en is 60 km wat neerkomt op 1 uur rijden.

Overall great house and property. It is definitly as nice as the pictures. Very friendly owner.
I would certainly recommend this. Little point of criticism, there was way to much chloride in the pool.

La maison est très bien équipée, le propriétaire aux petits soins, piscine nettoyée tous les deux jours. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas climatisée. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare..casa molto carina unico neo bagno piccolo con asse wc che non sta' su da sola e aria condizionata che non arriva in camera per il resto tutto bene

Wir haben sowohl in der Hütte als auch in den Nockbergen tolle Tage verbracht. Die Felsenhütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Prädikat empfehlenswert.

Das Haus und Garten sowie Pool sind super und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Der Verwalter/Hausmeister spricht nur italienisch und nicht ein Wort englisch oder deutsch! Dadurch ist keine Einweisung in die Bedienung Poolreinigung Klimaanlage oder Müllentsorgung möglich. Nicht einmal die Abreisezeit könnten wir richtig klären da wir ja noch die 1000 Euro Kaution zurück haben wollten. Er hat sich auch nicht einmal um den Pool gekümmert! Das Haus wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt und einmal die Wäsche gewechselt. Allerdings nicht die Pool Handtücher. Alles in allem war es sehr schön, aber einen so leidenschaftslosen Verwalter haben wir noch nicht erlebt.
