Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung. Zu beanstanden hätte ich die Sauberkeit ( Dunstabzugshaube war leider voll Fett), im Badezimmer die Beleuchtung recht dunkel, und Kochutensilien ( leider nur 1 großer Topf mit Griff, mehrere Töpfe? ohne Griffe, zwar 3 Pfannen allerdings war nur eine Nutzbar da bei den anderen beiden die Teflon Beschichtung zerkratzt war , und nur ein Kochlöffel).Ansonsten reicht alles für einen Urlaub.

The house itself was ok. I complain about the cleanliness (hood was unfortunately full of fat), in the bathroom the lighting was quite dark, and cooking utensils (unfortunately only 1 large pot with handle, several pots without handles, although 3 pans, however, only one was usable because the Teflon coating was scratched in both others, and only a wooden spoon). Otherwise the rest was sufficient for a holiday.
The apartment was very good and the garden and pool fantastic. The owner, who lived on the lower floor, was very friendly and tried to help in any way possible. The biggest problem was that she spoke no English at all so all communication was done via hand signals or google translate. This is not optimal as you cannot ask simple questions and she cannot tell you important things like how to handle trash or how things work. I would recommend having all the practical things in writing in English when you don´t speak the language and are expecting non Italian speakers.
The area was quiet and nice. Cortona was fantastic. Couple of hours drive to Firenze and Pisa if you are up for that.
Wonderful villa with everything we needed. Air con in bedrooms was marvellous for night time. Owners live next door and are lovely with excellent English. Beautiful gardens and large pool which we love loved. Villa in rural setting and very private - perfectly placed for visits to Lucca & Florence. Large supermarket 10 mins away. We would definitely return here, one of the best villas we have stayed at in 15 years of holidaying in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
The property has an exceptional location with great views of the sea and bay of La ciott and to the villagea of LaCadiere/Le Castellet.
It is also conveniently located in the wines only 1 km from La Cadiere.
Great gardens , boules area and, terraces and a huge pool from which you have the most spectacular views.
Also the villa is very well laid out for 6 guests with a spacious living room with plenty of light.
Villa and piool is in need of some repairs, and villa is jam packed with furniture and artefacts - but just be prepared for this and be ready to label it as charming (which it iis)
Wifi - brought by the agency - is hopeless and GPS coverage equally bad, so dont plan to set up your home office or bring your favorite streaming service. But the again, you’d much rather sit outside and enjoy the garden, pool and views.
Be aware the address is NOT to be found on either google or apple maps, so you need the Interhome guidance
The property is being serviced by a super friendly and helpful agency, where the owner went out of her way to help (such as beinging her own set of jeu de boules)
A large Group of Singers with singing Training from Morning Till evening. Exzremely noisy.
Restaurant was completely Booked. Never again!
