An amazing accommodation in the ancient mountainside town of Rocco. The location and villa are spectacular and Paulo is a wonderful host.

Absolutely brilliant place. The family who run il Gattero did everything to make my stay as good as possible. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
I have a low to the ground car, which did not like the 3km private road, but it adds to the remoteness of il Gattero and makes it very serene.

Villa Marie is in an excellent central location and is very spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Very good location of the Villa with an amazing view and close to many things to do and see in the area including San Gimignano, Siena etc. got a very nice welcome package from the owner which was a nice touch! It includes some items for breakfast, some paste, wine among other things. Good pool that you have all for yourself! Would definitely come back if going to this area another time!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr gut gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, und bietet reichlich Gelegenheiten zum Wandern. Einkaufen geht leider nur mit dem Auto. Die Küche in der kleinen Wohnung die wir hatten bietet nicht viel Lagerraum für Lebensmittel, aber der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß und hat einen kleinen Gefrierfach. Ich hatte eine Schublade in der Küche ausgeräumt um darin die Lebensmitteln aufzubewahren. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen im Flur im Service-Schrank zur Verfügung. Alles in einem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

The area is gorgeous, and offers plenty of opportunities for hiking. Shopping is unfortunately only possible by car. The kitchen in the small apartment we had does not have much storage space for food, but the fridge is big enough and has a small freezer. I had a drawer in the kitchen cleared to keep the food in it. Washer and dryer are available in the hallway in the service closet. Sehr ruhige Lage,Strand über den Strandweg sehr gut zu erreichen,Wohnung sehr gut Ausgestattet,Parkplatz direkt am Haus,alles gut zufuß zu erreichen.Unterstellen von Fahrrädern in einem extra Raum möglich.
