Wir haben sehr tolle Ferien in der Villa Sant‘Angelo verbracht. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft war in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder einmal hier Ferien zu machen.

Very nice resort with beautiful houses. However, if you need WiFi, you should have sufficient flat-rate capacity ready. Fortunately, that should change at the end of the year. The landlords are very committed and courteous. We will come back in any case.

We were in Villa Beboli from late September to early October for 10 days with 6 persons and one small dog. The house is really big and has a lot of Rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and the owners wife answered always fast and uncomplicate. The kitchen is also really big and has enough place for a big group. At the kitchen everything was okay except the frying pans, these would have to be replaced. The gardener and the pool man didn't bother us. We hardly noticed them and everything was always in perfect order. The washing machine worked well too. Better ways to dry the clothes are needed here. The clothes rack was old and broken. We would recommend Villa Beboli for warm months. During our stay it was often rainy and cold outside and the house was also uncomfortably cold inside. The owner's wife kindly brought us wood to light the fireplace. The house is very good for a large group. The property is completely fenced, which was very convenient with our dog.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war gut, die Größe war auch in Ordnung.
Meiner Frau war die Treppe zur Wohnung zu steil.
Mussten zu lange warten bis heißes Wasser kam.
Das Fenster konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden, da keine Gardine vorhanden war und die Übergardiene nur für das halbe Fenster reichte.

The stairs to the apartment were too steep for my wife.
Had to wait too long for hot water to come.
The window could not be darkened because there was no curtain and the over-curtain was only enough for half the window.

To put it in a nutshell, this house is recommendable:
- House is very cosy equipped
- Beds are comfortable & linen are clean
-Location is awesome - the sea view is stunning and the city center is in 10-15 minutes walking distance
- Communication with the host was easy & quick (and I was contacted beforehand)
Nevertheless I rate with only 4 stars because the price is much too high for:
- Broken shower inside, as well as at the pool
- Broken door on front terrace
- Pool terrace area was not cleaned, with rubbish from former guests etc
- Some furniture was broken
We directly informed the host, who initiated to get the things done. Nevertheless this should not be things to mention...
If you intend to work there, please note that there is no WiFi in the house.
