La casa corrisponde alle foto, quindi esteticamente molto bella, ma con molte lacune: poco curato il giardino, poco pulito l’interno della casa ( comodini, tovaglie, padelle usurate), molti insetti anche dovuti alle zanzariere non molto funzionanti. Per il prezzo richiesto purtroppo non corrisponde alle aspettative.

The house is spacious but it needs a bit of love and care to make it a bit more appealing. The house is on top of a mountain so one needs to walk/drive to the centre which wasn’t made clear to us when we booked. Better furnishings would be nice. Better management and some basics are needed to make the stay comfortable.

Accoglienza fantastica e soggiorno di pieno e completo relax. La casa è ottimamente accessoriata. i due forni esterni consentono di preparare ottime cene da godersi poi nel fresco della veranda oppure nell'amplio giardino bordo piscina. Abbiamo soggiornato con due cani di grande taglia che si sono goduti ogni momento avendo a disposizione enormi spazi esterni completamente recintati e sicuri. L'Olivo secolare ti fa a sentire a casa tanto che non vorresti ripartire!

The house is well equipped. the two external ovens allow you to prepare excellent dinners to be enjoyed in the cool of the veranda or in the large garden by the pool. We stayed with two large dogs who enjoyed every moment having huge outdoor spaces, completely fenced and safe. Morgat is a very nice place. Rhe resort ha nice facilities but partially available dur to covid. The house we rented needs a refresh and new equipment as the existing one are quite old, mainly in the kitchen. Not enough plates, knives, fork, etc for a family of 4 persons. However the beds were quite comfortable.

Nous avons résidé à 10 adultes et grands adolescents (17 ans). La maison est parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre, ensemble ou dans des petits coins isolés. Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, Pise... sont rapidement accessibles et le soir nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du baby foot, du ping-pong... et des restaurants du village. Et des conseils de Deborah (de la famille des propriétaires) en anglais ou en italien.
We stayed at 10 adults and teens, the house was perfectly furnished and equiped and we enjoyed visits in Florence, Sienna, Pisa... and the swimming pool to rest. Nice stay. We recommend the house and the owners-family.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Wir hatten eine Woche Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus gebucht.
Unsere Wünsche wurden von Easy Reserve jederzeit herzlich entgegen genommen und zu unserer Zufriedenheit auch umgesetzt.
Leider wurden wir bei der Ankunft von dem Objekt und dessen Zustand jedoch enttäuscht ????. Eine Reinigung fand wohl nur Oberflächlich statt, da noch überall Dreck vorhanden war.( z.B. Sofa ) Aufgeräumt war es! Jedoch war das Objekt sehr runter gewirtschaftet. Möbel und Fliesen waren kaputt. Die Küche sah aus als ob sie mehrere Umzüge mitgemacht hätte.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit unseren Bitten und Wünschen nachzukommen. Leider hatten wir im gesamten Haus kein WLAN, da es sehr weit hinten im Park lag, obwohl im Angebot WLAN offeriert wurde. Dies trifft leider auch auf die Objektbeschreibung zu. Der Park besteht aus umzäunten und nicht umzäunten Ferienhäuser. Dieses wurde erst bei der Ankunft thematisiert. Eine Abfrage dazu von EasyReserve fand nicht statt.
Die Lage des Ferienparks ist traumhaft. Es gibt viele Spielplätze und einen Park zum spazieren gehen. Ein Besuch in dem Restaurant "Aalbude" und eine Fahrt mit dem Floßboot über den See rundeten unsere schönen Erlebnisse in diesem Urlaub ab. Zum Erholen kann ich diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man den Objektzustand außer Acht lässt.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Fantastic place to have peaceful Italian holiday. Really huge garden, view on sunflowers, sun, wine, cheese. We trully loved it.

Excellent accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Maison et piscine dans un cadre de rêve. Nous étions 8 adultes et un enfant, tous ravis du séjour.
