Heel compleet huisje, rustig gelegen in groene omgeving. Jammer dat er een weg langsloopt met regelmatig verkeer. ‘s Nachts weinig hinder hiervan. Fijne vakantie gehad.

Ci siamo trovate bene ad eccezione per la camera sul soppalco senza finestra. Il terzo piano senza ascensore con bagagli e vari pesi e ‘ stato faticoso

Wonderful place, beautiful garden with great swimming where we all did our swimming in the morning before having breakfast at the outside take with a stunning view. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a living room which we didn’t use as it was too nice outside. We loved the space outside, definitely a highlight. Hoping to go back, highly commendable for a family or friends gathering in a quiet area.

Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet mit einem tollen Blick auf den See.
Leider ist bei der Ankunft einiges schief gelaufen.
1 der Keycode stimmte nicht,also kein Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu öffnen
2. wir kamen samstags abends um 18:30 Uhr an…von Interhome meldete sich niemand, die Hotline war nicht geschaltet
3. die Hausdame war per Mailbox zu erreichen und meldete sich ca 30 Minuten später
4. durch Zufall konnte man den keycode richtig eingeben und wir kamen verärgert und gestresst in die Wohnung.
Also der Auftakt und der Service von Interhome waren mehr als dürftig, trotzdem ich im Virfeld mindestens 3 mal angerufen habe, ob alles ok geht….
Das hat einen bitteren Geschmack hinterlassen.

We stayed at Villa Chiara for two glorious weeks! Marco greeted us at the villa on our arrival date and showed us all around his beautiful villa and breathtaking property. The villa was absolutely beautiful and equipped with all amenities. It is in a great location and we were able to drive to several Tuscan regions for day trips.

Wir, eine Gruppe von Menschen mit Handicaps und die Betreuer, haben unseren Urlaub in den Ferienhäusern 2 und 3 am Alten Schöpfwerk sehr genossen. Obwohl die Ausstattung ein wenig spartanisch ist, hat uns die Umgebung und das Flair des Objektes gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was fantastic! The house was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. Everything was there what we needed for a wonderful week. We can highly recommend this house.

It was a great experience staying with Riccardo and Danielle in the house in Citta Sant' Angelo. The house itself has everything and is comfortable and cosy, with a wonderful terrace. The garden and swimmingpool are of great value. The vue from the swimmingpool is amazing. It was a bit sad that the vue from the terrace was taking from treetops that were not cut. Riccardo was a superhost. He was available at all times if needed and provided us with fresh vegetables from his garden. The city of Citta Sant' Angelo is small but very authentic and people are so friendly. in the surroundings there are plenty of stores to buy groceries, there is a mall if you like shopping... The region of Abruzzo is so great! There are the mountains (Gran Sasso, campo imperatore,...), the seaside (trabocco coast,...), a lot of medieval history. So many reasons to visit!! The best place to do it from is the house of Riccardo and Danielle!!
