Was sold as a 6 person appartment, but wasn't equipped so. Only 2 chairs on the terassa, and not plate, spoons and so on for 6 and Not possible to prepare food.
The aitcondition was now capaple to cope t´with 35 degree outside.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Toskanischem Stiel. Absolut schöner Garten mit Mandelbäumen, Kiwi und Aprikosenbäumen usw.. Vermieter haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt von den Besitzern. Das gepflegte Haus steht mitten in der unberührten Natur und ist ein wahrer Schatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Roberta und Stefano!
We loved the villa and garden, it provided a great space for our family. It was very comfortable and well equipped, the outside sitting areas were lovely and especially enjoyed evening meals round the ‘lazy Susan’ table, great idea, the swimming pool was a great hit with the little ones and because it was a particularly hot week we all spent lots of time cooling off in it. We didn’t travel far apart from the gelato shop in Vinci and enjoyed a very good lunch at the nearby golf course where they were very welcoming with 4 small children and our dog. The villa was easy to find and had good access to the main road. Thanks to Jacopo and his father as well as Antonella who cooked a lovely meal for us one evening. We will always remember our week at Il Leccio.
Prima vakantie woning. Behoeft wel een opknapbeurt. Keuken en badkamer moderniseren. Geen ventilatoren aanwezig voor de verkoeling. Fijn dat er shutters voor de ramen zijn. Uitzicht over het Como meer is prachtig en de zon staat heel gunstig op het huis en het was compleet. Heerlijk zwembad!
Fijne week gehad!
Mooie en ruime vakantiewoning op een groot domein, met prachtig uitzicht en uitstekende ligging. Een minpunt is dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Vriendelijk onthaal en goede service. De woning wordt tweemaal in de week schoon gemaakt. Een echte aanrader.
