Buono 3 /5We stayed at Excelcior for 6 days during our stay in Biarritz. In general we were quite happy with the apartment during our stay. It was cozy and had all the necessary equipment. The apartment was located perfect in the middle of the town and still hidden from the busy square, so we were not disturbed by the noise of the street.
However, you need to be aware that the balcony face directly towards a huge ventilation on top of some restaurant. When it was running (basically the whole afternoon and evening) you do not really want to use the balcony unless you have a bad hearing.
