L'appartamento si trova al piano terra dell'edificio (costruito nel 2006) ed è ideale per una coppia o una piccola famiglia. Al piano terra si trova una zona notte con due letti da 80 cm, oltre a un bagno, una sauna e un WC. Il piano superiore ospita una luminosa zona giorno con divano letto per due, cucina, WC separato e accesso al balcone.
L'edificio dispone di servizi in comune per la manutenzione degli sci e la lavanderia. L'appartamento dispone anche di un ripostiglio.

Welcome to Syöte! This spacious and atmospheric holiday home is located just 2.5 kilometers from the Syöte ski resort, so access to the slopes and trails is easy. Built in 1992 and renovated in 2021, the detached house offers approximately 160 square meters of well-equipped holiday atmosphere on one level. The house is heated by geothermal heat.
The large living room has plenty of space for socializing, and the separate kitchen invites you to cook even with a larger group. The three bedrooms are conveniently located in the same hallway, and each has a 160 cm wide double bed - the perfect solution for a family or group of friends. The rooms are connected by a convenient hallway with a separate toilet.
The sauna is heated by an electric heater, and there is another toilet in the washroom. A washing machine and dryer await you in the utility room, so even a longer holiday will go smoothly. Outside in the yard there is an atmospheric barbecue hut, where you can spend the evening even when the winter evening is getting dark.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
This is a place where the whole group can relax in peace, close to the best services in Syöte.

Built in 1995 and fully renovated in 2012, this atmospheric 100 m² cabin combines classic Finnish cabin ambience with contemporary conveniences. Located in a peaceful setting on the shore of Lake Saarinen, it offers beautiful views and the tranquility of nature. The grill shelter situated on a rocky outcrop provides the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun and lake scenery — an ideal environment for relaxation and quality time together.
The ground floor features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and direct access to a separate WC. There is also a wood-heated sauna, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower, and an additional WC.
The upper floor offers a cozy living area with two single beds, as well as a bedroom with double doors and a double bed.
The yard includes a swing and a trampoline for children. The gently sloping sandy beach is child-friendly, and at the end of the pier, you’ll find a winter swimming spot available throughout the cold season.

Questa casa vacanze a due piani, costruita nel 2005 e ristrutturata nel 2020, offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. I 100 metri quadrati della baita offrono ampio spazio anche per un gruppo numeroso. Al piano superiore si trova una luminosa zona giorno con accesso diretto alla terrazza per godersi i suoni della natura e la vista sull'acqua. Inoltre, al piano superiore si trovano due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale da 160 cm, l'altra con due letti da 80 cm. Al piano inferiore si trovano un ingresso privato, una cucina ben attrezzata, una zona giorno, un bagno separato con cabina doccia e una sauna a legna con spogliatoio, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Al piano inferiore si trovano anche una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale da 160 cm) e un divano letto che si trasforma in un letto aggiuntivo da 140 cm. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi con un supplemento e nel cortile è presente una pratica recinzione per cani: anche i vostri amici pelosi troveranno pane per i loro denti! Il cottage si trova a soli 20 metri dalla spiaggia di Akonlampi. La spiaggia è naturale e ricca di vegetazione, con un fondale morbido e fangoso: il luogo ideale per remare, pescare o semplicemente godersi il silenzio e il canto degli uccelli. This hand-carved 160 m² log cabin offers an authentic Finnish cabin atmosphere combined with modern amenities. The cabin was built in 1994 and renovated in 2005. The location is unique: the plot offers magnificent views of Lake Saimaa. The distance to Helsinki is 301 km, and Savonlinna is only 49 km away. At the shore, a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna lets you enjoy traditional Finnish steam and take a refreshing dip directly into the clear lake water. On the cliff above the shore, a cozy grill shelter provides the perfect spot to enjoy summer evenings and the setting sun.
The location is excellent for boaters: the shore can also be reached by larger boats, and the boat ramp is right nearby. In addition, the cabin includes a fishing permit - ask the owner for more information.

68 km southeast of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa 30 m, evenly deepening child-friendly sandy beach, pier and rowing boat.
Log cottage 2006, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, both with two beds, third bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, sauna with electric heater. Covered terrace, gas grill.
The year-round lakeside sauna has a wood-burning stove and washing water from the stove tank. Cold water pressure for the sauna also in winter. A fold-out bed for two in the sauna dressing room. A hot tub embedded in the sauna terrace is free to use.
Pets under 10 kg allowed for an additional fee per pet.
