Welcome to Skjærbommen 148. This is a holiday house that encourages lazy days in the sun and active fishing days on the water. It is located in a peaceful and family friendly area with quick access to the harbour, where you find a beach for children. From the living room you can walk right out to the sunny terrace and garden. Sodefjed is an idyllic cottage area in Randesund between Kristiansand and "Dyreparken" (zoo and themepark). This is a well established holiday paradise with many activities available. There are several playgrounds for children, a tennis court, sand volleyball nets, football courts and hiking trails. You have to pass a gate to enter the area. Only limited traffic allowed, meaning driving back and forth to the cottages. There is parking for one car only by the holiday house, but you can park several cars by the gate. A 14 ft boat with 5 hp is included in the rent. The boat is located 300 metres away. There is a fish cleaning table by the dock. Short way to Tømmerstø dock where you find a grocery shop and petrol for the boat. Heated floors on ground floor.
