15 km northwest of Helsinki. House is located in a neighborhood where is many family houses. Closest swimming beach (public) is 2,5 away.

Three-storey stone house 1997, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, utility room, bathroom (2 showers and a bath), sauna (electric and wood-burning stove), toilet, hall, terrace. Upstairs is closed and is not for customers' use.

The basement floor has a bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide), a bigger bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide and one bed (80 cm wide), toilet, kitchen and a small lobby.

For customers use there is approx. 170 square meters in the house. Outside there is also a garage, which is not available to guests.

Wlan. Spacious and cozy villa close to all the metropolitan area services. Quiet location in a residential area. Villa is suitable eg. for three couples. Villa is not very suitable for families with small children.

Sello shopping center approx. 4 km. Bus connection to Serena (approx. 18 km). EMMA (Espoo museum of modern art) 9 km. Espoo Cathedral 7,5 km. Hvitträsk museum, Kirkkonummi 19 km. Closest swimming beach is located at lake Lippajärvi 2,5 away.

Two bicycles for rent by arrangement.

Note! This place is not rented for groups of under 25 year old people. Please note that that there are neighbours close, so kindly take the neighbors into consideration.
