Villa Scianellone è un’antica villa in pietra e mattoni, posta in posizione privilegiata, collinare e panoramica. Potrete vivere appieno un edificio le cui origini risalgono al 1300 e che conserva intatta la sua struttura originale con i pavimenti in cotto e gli archi in mattoni, un tuffo nel passato, nelle antiche tradizioni contadine toscane.
La villa è posta in un luogo incantato, avvolto da pace e tranquillità, dove vi sarà possibile rilassarvi e godere in pieno dell'armonia e della serenità del paesaggio toscano.
Trovate Villa Scianellone a 1,5 km dal paese di Torrita di Siena, caratteristico e turrito borgo Medioevale. In paese avrete negozi, ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere. Se amate passeggiare il paese è raggiungibile anche a piedi, e vi consigliamo senz’altro di trascorrervi una serata, per una cena fuori o per un aperitivo in una delle sue antiche e particolari piazzette.
Con pochi minuti di auto potrete raggiungere i bellissimi borghi di Montefollonico (10 km) e Montepulciano (12 km) che meritano una visita e una sosta, qui potrete degustare i piatti tipici e soprattutto i pregiati e famosi vini della zona come il 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.
Villa Scianellone è circondata da rigogliosi e argentati olivi, vigne e prati che fanno parte della proprietà. Tutto intono alla villa avrete a disposizione un ampio e curato giardino (circa 5.000 m2), dove si trovano una fresca pineta attrezzata con giochi per i vostri bambini e la bella piscina (dimensioni 5x10 m. – profondità 1,20 - 1,80 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre).
Nel solarium della piscina scorreranno pigre le vostre giornate a bordo vasca, al sole della calda aria estiva. Per le vostre cene e grigliate all’aria aperta un comodo porticato in legno, tavolo, panche e barbecue. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, saranno i benvenuti a Villa Scianellone.

PIANO TERRA: dal porticato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie si accede alla cucina con camino, ampio soggiorno con grande camino e divani, sala da pranzo, bagno con doccia, locale lavanderia.
PIANO PRIMO: con accesso sia da scala interna che da scala esterna, salotto con camino e tv, due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato con doccia, due camere matrimoniali di cui una con camino, bagno con doccia e vasca.
MANSARDA: (altezza 1,20 m. - 1,80 m.) con accesso da scala interna in legno camera con due letti singoli, camera singola, bagno con doccia.

In caso di cancellazione di una prenotazione, anche quando viene sostituita da un'altra, si applicano le seguenti penali:
- il deposito iniziale (25% del costo di affitto totale) se la cancellazione viene effettuata dal momento della prenotazione fino a 46 giorni prima della data di arrivo;
- 100% del prezzo totale dell'affitto se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro 45 giorni dalla data di arrivo o in caso di no show.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa as a party of 6 adults.
The grounds are well maintained and picturesque with pandemic views. Plenty of car parking space. The pool is regularly
maintained by the owners who come by each morning to clean it and was regularly used by us during our stay.
A couple of things to note, the facilities within the villa could be found lacking especially for a larger party, as the villa holds up to 11.
The BBQ to use was great, but be prepared to buy your own fuel.
Tourist tax was payable on arrival which wasn’t clear beforehand.

Villa très bien placée, au calme au milieu des oliviers avec vue panoramique sur Torrita di Siena et plus loin Montepulciano. Équipement complet. La piscine, le jardin et même le barbecue sont discrètement entretenus très tôt le matin. A noter que l'accès en voiture par un petit chemin n'est pas aisé.

We enjoyed this wonderful villa in a group of 9 people. As the weather was chilly we used the open fireplace in the large living room. We enjoyed cooking in the very good equipped kitchen which had enough dishes for all of us . The rooms are elegant and functional, the design looks like the family moved out only a few days ago and not steril like in a hotel. Mauro, the owner, and his wife are very engaged and helpful and take lovely care of house and the large garden. It was a great stay and we do recommend this wonderful house!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Scianellone und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist ruhig auf einem Hügel gegenüber Torrita di Siena gelegen. Vom schön gelegenen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Pool kann man sogar bis Montepulciano sehen. Die Villa selbst ist einem guten und sauberen Zustand, wenn auch die Räume durch die für eine antike Villa typischen kleinen Fenster etwas wenig Licht haben. Das spielt aber kaum eine Rolle, weil man sich meist auf der Terrasse oder am Pool aufhält oder ohnehin unterwegs ist. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer schauen jeden morgen vorbei, um den Pool oder sogar den Griller zu reinigen. Es gibt auch WLAN, wenn auch die Geschwindigkeit etwas bescheiden ist... im Urlaub hat man ja ohnehin mehr Zeit:-) Insgesamt können wir die Villa jedenfalls weiterempfehlen.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed at Villa Scianellone for a week and enjoyed it very much. The villa is quietly situated on a hill opposite Torrita di Siena. You can even see as far as Montepulciano from the beautifully located, somewhat aging pool. The villa itself is in a good and clean condition, even if the rooms have a little bit of light due to the small windows typical of an ancient villa. But that hardly matters because you are mostly on the terrace or by the pool or are out and about anyway. The very nice and helpful owners stop by every morning to clean the pool or even the grill. There is also WiFi, even if the speed is a bit slow ... on vacation you have more time anyway :-) All in all, we can recommend the villa to others.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Le confort, l'aménagement, la piscine et l'espace à disposition contribuent à rendre cette expérience unique. Une mention particulière aux propriétaires, toujours disponibles et sympathiques, ainsi que l'emplacement idyllique du lieu. A titre indicatif nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants de 1 et 3 ans.

Everything worked out well for our family’s week at VS: Very good house, grounds, location in Tuscany with access to other interesting towns, wineries and restaurants. Owners were a surportive, daily unobtrusive presence. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa, just as the pictures show - maybe even better. Lovely setting with fabulous view over Terra di Siena from the pool. Owners are very helpful and friendly and rightfully proud of their house, but be prepared to speak Italian or have good sign language!

An excellent week (late July) in a most outstanding property - as others have said, the photos do not do it true justice. Family (9 adults, a 6 year old grandson and a 5 month old granddaughter and a dog) from all over the world gathered for a most memorable holiday. The villa, its expansive grounds and locality were everything, and more, that we could have hoped for. Sincere thanks to Ilaria (host) for her warm welcome and assistance and her wonderful parents who, daily and totally unobtrusively, tended the grounds, cleaned the stunning pool and even cleaned the BBQ! I cannot speak highly enough of what we experienced and unreservedly recommend Villa Scianellone as a perfect place from which to enjoy Tuscany.

Villa Scianellone was wonderful. It was as nice or better than the photos and in a very private setting. The owners were very nice and great on our arrival and departure. We had a great week and certainly would recommend this villa to family and friends.

Just a fantastic location. The villa is in great shape and the owners are on site every morning to clean the pool, clean the BBQ and fill up with wood and adress any issue that may arise. All in all we can not think of anything negative to say.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Scianellone. 2 Familien mit Kinder kamen alle voll auf ihre Kosten. Unbschreiblich schön ist nicht nur das sehr alte große Haus (Villa) sondern auch die riesen Parkanlage mit hunderten Olivenbäumen. Das ganze Areal befindet sich auf einem Hügel, somit geniesst man eine Traumaussicht auf das gegenüber liegende Dorf Toritta di Siena und sogar Montepulciano kann man noch erkennnen. Der Pool ist größer und schöner als er im Internet erscheint und wurde immer frühmorgens um ca. 5.30 vom Eigentümer gereinigt- ein tolles Service! Überhaupt sind die Eigentümer sehr herzlich und man merkt, dass ihnen dieses Haus samt den Besuchern sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir kommen wieder! 2 Familien aus Österreich:)
