secluded plot a brisk walk from one of the best beaches of the West
Coast.


The plan of the house makes it suitable for two families sharing. There
is a large swimming pool area which has a large prefilled whirlpool and
a sauna in addition to the swimming pool.


The house has a energy and environmentally friendly climate system
ensuring a good indoor climate as well as reducing the energy costs
compared to similar houses as well as minimising the co2 release.


All bedrooms are spacious and furnished with good beds, all kept in a
Scandinavian style. The living room has a cosy atmosphere and provides a
wood-burning stove, TV with satellite dish as well as a DVD player.


There are several terraces surrounding the house with a garden grill and
furniture from 01.04 - 01.10.


There are several Put and Take fishing lakes, pay and play golf courses
in the area as well as horseback riding and the largest water park in
the area.


This is an excellent starting point for excursions to the many
attractions on the west coast of Jutland. Visit the Legoland amusement
park or Givskud Zoo, which has a safari route, where you can bring your
own car and drive through the savannah zones and the lion enclosure.
They are both within an hours drive from the house.
