Descrizione Proprietà
Bella proprietà composta da 6 appartamenti ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di un antico complesso colonico. Situata sulle colline del Chianti, la proprietà dispone di ampi spazi esterni e di una bella piscina panoramica che si affaccia sugli splendidi vigneti della tenuta. La posizione della struttura è strategica trovandosi a breve distanza da Mercatale (negozi di ogni genere) e da Firenze che dista solo 22 km. L’arredamento degli appartamenti è confortevole in stile rustico toscano. Gli appartamenti Tenuta 1 e 2 si trovano a circa 50 metri dalla piscina mentre gli altri distano solo pochi metri. Una bella terrazza panoramica con ombrelloni e divanetti si trova in prossimità della piscina. Sempre in prossimità della piscina è presente un locale coperto e da cui è possibile collegarsi gratuitamente ad internet. Vicino alla reception (dove si trovano gli appartamenti Tenuta 1 e 2) è presente un gazebo in muratura attrezzato con tavoli e poltroncine da cui è possibile collegarsi gratuitamente ad internet.
Si raggiunge la proprietà tramite un breve tratto di strada sterrata in buone condizioni e adatto ad ogni tipo di veicolo.

Site et cadre exceptionnel ! Vue du gîte extraordinaire sur la campagne Toscane.
Cependant, les équipements sont fatigués et mériteraient d’être renouvelés (verres à vin tous dépareillés, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière si ce n’est 1 vieille cafetière italienne très sale et entartrée,
Salle de bain : très vieux sèche cheveux, portique gel douche rouillé, rideau douche 1er prix plastique blanc...abattant WC tâché....
Piscine
Parasols fatigués avec baleines cassées, balancelle dont les pieds sont cassés, chaises sur terrasses avec lamelles bois cassées et peinture écaillée
Sinon les propriétaires sont vraiment très charmants ....
Ils vendent également le fruit de leur récoltes à savoir huile et vin
Comptez quand même 17,50 euros la bouteille d’huile d’olive de 750 ml
Je n’ai pas demandé le prix du vin....

Bathroom: very old hair dryer, cheap white plastic shower curtain ... toilet seat stained ....

Sunshades worn, swing with broken feet, chairs on terraces with broken wood slats and peeling paint
Otherwise the owners are really very charming ....
They also sell the fruit of their crops namely oil and wine

We visited villa in the end of May with a group of 32 people and had there a great wedding party. Rooms were nice and clean, with a possibility to cook, make coffee.
Most of the time we spent next to the pool, water temperature was nice refreshing, panorama was excellent.
Villas managers were super friendly and ready to help if we needed some help.
We also booked a wedding dinner that was tasty and again really great service!

We had the most wonderful stay at Tenuta 6- the apartment suites our family of 10 very well. The surroundings are fantastic and there are many small towns to visit in the area. The hosts were kind and helpful. There was no terrace with our apartment, but it was a,l right as we could use the area around the pool. Everything was perfect. We had a really lovely stay.

The villa's placement was great, offering a lovely panoramic view of the surroundings.
The village of Mercatale is easily reachable by car and makes shopping quite easy, having a very good supermarket.

Geweldige ligging en sfeer die er heerst. Verhuurders zijn super aardig en flexibel. De appartementen zijn schoon en worden goed onderhouden. Overall dus een erg fijne vakantie en zeker niet de laatste keer dat we er zijn geweest.

Our family of seven, three generations were thrilled with our apartment, the scenery and the close proximity to areas of interest. We found the local town of Mercatale had everything that we needed to self-cater in our apartment and we enjoyed our shopping experience. Salvatore, Stefano and Anna were great...we would like to return to this wonderful place.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer typischen toskanischen Landschaft, sehr gepflegtes Gelände mit privatem Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und familiär. Ein Höhepunkt war eine Weinprobe im eigene Weinkeller.

We had great pleasure in staying at the property. The accommodation is excellent, the villa is equipped with all needed kitchen appliances. The view is breathtaking. The hosts are very kind. They organised a wine testing evening which was a new experience for us.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Tenuca Branca! The room was nice, clean and confortable. The site is full of history in the middle of the Chianti vineyards, the view fabulous and our hosts were so nice and wonderful with us that we can not refrain to consider going back again one day! Don't miss the wine tasting session with both Stefano & Anna; we had such a great time!

When we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the property. It is exactly as you see it on TV, with the stunning views, the cedar tree lanes, the olive tree- and vineyards....it is all there. Anna knocked on our door and warmly welcomed us. Anna and Stefano are very helpful, friendly and make you experience the holidays the Italian way. Like we knew them for a long time. We were asked to join the wine tasting at the big villa. When we arrived there, we were pleasantly surprised by the long layed table and enjoyed a dinner with the other family renting an apartment on the property. In one word: perfect!
We definitely recommend the property to our friends and family!
