Il casale si trova in un area collinare, panoramica, in un ambiente incontaminato. Casa di campagna "La Costa", 300 m s.l.m., indipendente, circondata da alberi e campi. A 8 km dal centro di Vinci, a 35 km dal centro di Firenze, a 60 km dal centro di Pisa, posizione tranquilla, soleggiata in collina, a 60 km dal mare. Per uso privato: giardino terrazzato, 3 ha (recintato), piscina (12 x 7 m, profondità 140 cm, 04.04.-10.10.) con acqua di mare. Doccia esterna, tennis da tavolo, mobili da giardino, barbecue. Nella casa: sauna, riscaldamento utilizzabile dal 01.11. al 15.04.. A disposizione: biciclette. Cuoco su richiesta (extra). Accesso fino a 1 km dalla casa (strada non asfaltata). Parcheggio nella proprietà. Negozio 5 km, negozio alimentare 5 km, supermercato 5 km, stazione ferroviaria "Capraia e Limite" 5 km, piscina termale "Montecatini Terme" 35 km. Campo da golf (9 buche) 6 km. Attrazioni nelle vicinanze: Carmignano 15 km, San Miniato 18 km, San Casciano Val di Pesa 25 km. Prego notare: adatto alle famiglie. Vendita di prodotti agricoli locali.

Casa 7 locali 360 m2 su 2 piani, al pianterreno. Soggiorno/sala da pranzo con camino, tv digitale e climatizzazione. Uscita sulla veranda. 2 camere matrimoniali. 2 camere, ogni camera con 1 letto. Cucina (4 punti cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, congelatore). Bagno/bidè/WC, 2 doccia/bidè/WC. Piano inferiore: soggiorno/camera grande con 1 letto matrimoniale alla francese e tv digitale. Vasca/doccia/bidet/wc. Riscaldamento a legna. Patio 60 m2. Mobili da terrazza, barbecue. Vista panoramica sulla campagna. A disposizione: lavatrice. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], gratis).

Das gesamte Anwesen, der gigantische Pool, die Weiläufigkeit, wir (8 Personen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (9 Nächte). Kleine "italienische" Mängel wie, Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, das Lichtschaltersystem ist sehr unübersichtlich, kann man verschmerzen. Auch bei der Mülltrennung wäre eine genauere Einweisung bzw. Beschriftung der Behälter hilfreich.
Der Strom, der extra zu bezahlen ist bei Abreise, ist nicht nur teuer, er ist exorbitant teuer. Das sollte man vorher wissen. Ansonsten werden wir alle diesen Aufenthalt nicht vergessen.

Also with the waste separation a more exact instruction or inscription of the containers would be helpful.

Nice villa with special flair. Without the big terrace outside, the kitchen inside the house would have been too small, but it was okay when only two people were in the kitchen at the same time. Doors and some of the inventory was not well treated and needs replacement. Next to the villa there was a dog by himself barking all night long which was not nice and kept us awake many hours during the night. The outside terrace is beautiful and we had great hours with our friends there while the wooden Pizza oven made nice dinner for all of us. Without this it wouldn't have been so nice. Pool area is very nice also and a gentleman came every morning to clean up the outside area. Nice house but needs upgrades inside, especially the room doors.
