La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla da cui si gode una vista magnifica sulla campagna e sulla pianura sottostante. L'area esterna comprende un barbecue in muratura ed un forno per pizza, ideali per cenare all'aria aperta. La piscina è nella posizione più panoramica del giardino, che è molto ben curato.
All'arrivo troverai una incantevole casa vacanze pulita e in ottime condizioni con vista sulle colline, perfetta per una piacevole vacanza in Toscana. A prescindere da come trascorrerai le tue giornate - visitando i più famosi musei della zona, imbarcandoti in gite fuori porta, facendo shopping o semplicemente guidando nell'entroterra, quando arriverai a casa la sera avrai la possibilità di rilassarti con famiglia e amici a bordo piscina concludendo in bellezza un altro fantastico giorno di vacanza in Toscana. Condividere un pasto in compagnia di famiglia e amici è un grosso aspetto della cultura toscana. Approfitta della cucina ben accessoriata per preparare pasti utilizzando prodotti locali freschi e genuini mentre ti trovi in vacanza. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet und schön gelegen, mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur wegen der wirklich schwierigen Zufahrt (sehr, sehr enge und steile Straße ohne Ausweichmöglichkeiten, mit größerem Auto jedes Mal eine Herausforderung).

Lovely house, garden and pool. Kitchen has everything you might need. AirCo only upstairs but ventilators downstairs do the job. Paola is the kindest host ever.

A very well appointed and kept villa in a great location for exploring Tuscany and airport access. The outdoor areas are fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at Nel Guasto. It is a beautiful villa with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is the highlight with amazing views. I'd recommend a smaller rental car for the narrow road up the hillside to the villa.

Nel Guasto was beyond our expectations! The quaint villa had ample room and was spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect! The view was most spectacular! The gardens surrounding the villa were very well groomed and the location was ideal for day trips to Lucca, Florence and other villages. The two weeks were exceptional and Nel Guasto was the primary reason,

Lovely accommodation in a secluded location, perfect to get away from it all. Everything is provided for you - towels, kitchen roll, basic kitchen bits, e.g. salt & pepper. We had a great stay and would recommend it as a base to tour around the region. Top tip - do not get a big hire car as the drive up to the property is through a narrow, windy road!

Amazing! This villa did not disappoint, it is even more beautiful than the photos. It is extremely well maintained, and very clean. The owner was present for the check-in and out, and even dropped by mid-week to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for a private getaway, and is situated high up in olive groves, so the views are stunning, especially sunrise. Our kids loved the pool, and the visiting neighbour's cat! I loved the barbeque and pizza oven, as we hired Stefano to make pizza for us, it was delicious!
The local town is small but the café was quite good, and there are several pizzeria / restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.
Overall it was an amazing week, and we would love to visit again.

I viewed the pictures before we booked but still thought 'it can't be that good'! How wrong I was. Nel Guasto was superb. Ideally situated with delightful gardens and a super pool. The views are wonderful and there are many beautiful places to visit within 1 hour. A wonderful holiday villa and the lady owner was so very charming. We all loved it.

This Villa Nel Guasto exceeded my expectations! It was clean and well maintained; it was absolutely beautiful! The Villa offered plenty of room for the four of us! It is located in a private, more rural area that allowed for peace and quiet, but ideal to so many tourist locations such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and a short drive to the coastal areas. It was even a good day trip from Montepulciano and Cortona! Restaurants and a grocery store is within 20 minutes. I would definitely stay again...and wish I could live there permanently! I would also highly recommend hiring a chef for one night to use the outdoor pizza oven - it added a perfect touch to an absolutely amazing vacation! Don't hesitate...this is it...you've arrived in paradise!

Very beautiful location of a charming house, with all the facilities necessary for making our holiday an outstanding experience. Warm and charming people as well. Best time of the day was either a big lunch at the nice pool, with local ingredients and some white wine, or a stroll in the Woods around 10 pm, when the fireflies made great fireworks for us! A very short trip to Lucca as well - the most beautiful little city of Tuscany. Villa Nel Guasto is definately a place I want to visit again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Nel Guasto. The property is of very high standard and is beautifully located. We were also well looked after by the Owner's. We would certainly recommend it to anyone. Our tip would be do make sure you dont hire too big a car as the road up is very narrow
