Confortevole casa colonica situata nella splendida Val d’Orcia in posizione panoramica, costituita da 4 appartamenti (di cui uno abitato dai proprietari). La proprietà dispone di un bel giardino e di una panoramica piscina. Gli appartamenti sono al piano terreno e dispongono di spazi esterni privati ed attrezzati.
La posizione della struttura è molto panoramica e strategica: nel raggio di pochi chilometri si trovano importanti centri d’interesse come Pienza e San Quirico d’Orcia e il centro termale di Bagni Vignone.
Una strada secondaria passa a breve distanza dalla casa.
Distanze: Pienza con negozi di ogni genere a 5 km, Bagni Vignone (stabilimenti termali) a 5 km, Montepulciano a 20 km, Montalcino (patria del famoso vino Brunello) a 25 km, Chiusi (stazione ferroviaria con collegamenti giornalieri per Firenze e Roma a 35 km, Siena a 50 km, Firenze (aeroporto) a 120 km, Roma a 200 km.

A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The owner is obviously very proud of his home and takes great care to ensure that everything is well maintained and clean. The owner had limited English but we didn't find this a problem. Having some form of transport is essential as the property is about 15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. We didn't find the close proximity to the road a problem at all. We would definitely return.

Eigentlich mit sehr schönes Aussicht und Pool schöne Anlage, aber leider in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer frequentierten Straße- kaum Ruhe, auch nachts.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a wonderful location close to both Pienza and San Quirico by car. There is a beautiful view from the pool and we were in swimming a lot to cool off (it was very hot during our stay). Grocery shopping is best in San Quirico at the Co-op. Friendly and very helpful owner. The apartment was spacious with good sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen.

Nous avons bien apprécié la location du grand appartement type maisonnette. Nous étions une famille de quatre personnes et avec trois chambres séparées. L\'espace était bien suffisant et il ne manquait rien de particulier au niveau de l\'équipement. Un accès direct à la superbe piscine que nous n\'avons que peu utilisé car le temps n\'était pas très beau. Un bon rapport avec les propriétaires malgré la différence de langue. La situation est cependant assez éloignée de tout commerce (magasin, restaurant etc.) ce qui est une difficulté à prendre en compte. À recommander à ceux qui recherchent le calme et la quiétude des grand espaces de la Toscane.

Excellent Villa and location, only negative comment would be that the living area would benefit from comfortable seating such as a sofa as there was only a timber dining table and chairs.

Gite bien tenu et très bien situé pour sillonner tout autour. Le propriétaire est bien acueillant bien qu'il communique peu en anglais.

The weather was warmer than normal so a fan would have helped. people were very friendly and the villa was very good, especially the pool. located close to many places of interest but a little far from a market.

Great place to stay. Only 8km from Pienza and not far from other areas. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It had clearly been renovated recently but still retained the villa feel. Each apartment also has its own outdoor seating area and the pool is beautiful.
