Se siete una coppia in cerca di intimità e romanticismo, se state pensando ad un posto da fiaba dove trascorrere la vostra Luna di Miele, Casa Cervognano è il posto giusto per voi.
La casa, la sua posizione, la conformazione del giardino con l’alta siepe che lo delimita, offrono privacy ed intimità. Ad arricchire lo spazio esterno, oltre ad un gazebo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e barbecue troverete la bella piscina, (dimensioni m. 8x4, profondità m. 1,45)e la vasca idromassaggio (2 m. x 2 m. - 4 posti), entrambe per il vostro uso esclusivo.
L'arredamento curato, le finiture di buon livello e le dotazioni garantiscono una confortevole vacanza. Grazie alla facile accessibilità Casa Cervognano è ideale anche per soggiorni durante il periodo invernale e in particolare quello Natalizio. Il paese di Montepulciano animato con luci e colori, con i caratteristici Mercatini di Natale ed il Castello di Babbo Natale, vi immergerà in un’atmosfera davvero particolare.

This villa/bungalow is set in 750 hectares of vines producing Montepulcino vin noble. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and it is weel equiped apart from of you want comfy sitting in the villa as there is only two beds and a sining table with hard chairs. It has air conditioning in each room which is a very expensive extra when it is bery hot which is most of the time. The villa is reached by a farm track so good tyres on your car are a must.

A wonderful place to relax in Tuscany!! Casa Cervognano is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with lovely views of the countryside-you can't get much more Tuscan than this!! The house is small, snug and cosy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc and the owners left us some supplies (milk, coffe, tea, wine etc) which was a lovely surprise. They also have a range of wines available in the house, which you can pay for at the end of your stay.
The garden area is well-kept and spacious and there's an outdoor BBQ. The pool and jacuzzi are just lovely. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and the owner came to sort it out straight away.
Casa Cervognano is just 3km from Montepulciano and strategically situated for visiting local places of interest including Chiusi, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
Due to a family crisis, we had to leave unexpectedly and Emanuela and her husband arrived immediately to let us check-out and were very kind.
Casa Cervognano was ideal for us as a couple and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Einfach nur traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Gelände ist ein Traum, Pool und Whirlpool ergänzen sich perfekt (gerade für einen Aufenthalt im September). Selten haben wir so ein sauberes Ferienhaus in Italien vorgefunden.
Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind die etwas holprige Anfahrt (wie in Italien doch üblich) und der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Whirlpool, bei welchem der Temperaturregler nicht mehr funktioniert.
Ansonsten war es einfach nur ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Just beautiful. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. The area is a dream, the pool and whirlpool complement each other perfectly (especially for a stay in September). We have seldom found such a clean holiday home in Italy.
The only points of criticism are the somewhat bumpy approach (as is common in Italy) and the somewhat outdated whirlpool, in which the temperature controller no longer works.

Il posto è splendido, immerso nel verde e completamente isolato. La strada per raggiungere la casa è sterrata quindi non adatta a macchine sportive. La casa è ben dotata di comfort e la piscina è super. Zone esterne e vialetto di accesso illuminato automaticamente di notte. Accoglienza dei proprietari ineccepibile ed ottima assistenza. Bravi

Perfect little get away for two. No issues. Fantastic walk to the local town Montepulciano. The bed could be more comfy but overall very happy.

We loved to stay at the Casa Cervognano. The House is small and cozy and the outdoor area is just amazing. We stayed there with our dog and he loves the garden. A Car is a must.

het huisje stelt niets voor en er wordt veel teveel geld gevraagd voor een ruimte waar je bij regen niets mee kunt.
