Lucignano, borgo Medievale. Villa le Rondini si trova a 5 km da Lucignano, caratteristico borgo Medievale che conserva intatto l'impianto urbanistico di forma ellittica, ed offre numerosi negozi e ristoranti. La proprietà è composta da una meravigliosa Villa Leopoldina e la sua Dependance.
La villa Leopoldina. La villa Leopoldina, costituisce uno degli esempi più belli dell'architettura tipica della Valdichiana e grazie alle sue caratteristiche architettoniche e storiche unite ai confort moderni che rendono Villa Le Rondini il luogo ideale per una vacanza in Toscana.
Il giardino e la piscina. Intorno alla villa, da cui si gode una bella vista sulla campagna Toscana, troviamo un ampio giardino (9.000 mq.) attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, barbecue, tavolo da ping-pong, vasca idromassaggio a 5 posti, ed una bella piscina (dim. 6x12 m., profondità m. 0,80-2,20), recintata e con depurazione a sale, il tutto per l'utilizzo esclusivo degli ospiti.

Villa mq. 300. Piano Terra: cucina, sala da pranzo, ampio e suggestivo soggiorno con le antiche volte in mattoni, grande camino, biliardo, bagno con doccia.
Piano Primo: accessibile sia da scala interna che da scala esterna, troviamo un ampio e tipico loggiato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, soggiorno con grande camino, camera matrimoniale con letto singolo aggiunto con bagno privato con vasca e doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia idromassaggio, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, camera matrimoniale con letto singolo aggiunto e bagno privato con doccia.
Dal soggiorno al piano primo salendo una comoda scala in legno si accede al soppalco, dove si trovano due letti singoli.
Di fronte alla villa si trova la Dependance (100 mq.) composta al piano terra da soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale con piccolo angolo cottura e bagno privato con doccia e al piano primo con accesso da scala interna da una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, e da una camera matrimoniale con piccolo angolo cottura e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, con accesso anche da scala esterna.

The villa is very spacious and was very convenient for our group of 15 friends. The kitchen is well equipped (enough dishes, pans and cooking tools). The swimming pool is wonderful : large enough and equipped with deckchairs ans sunshades. You have sun all the day at the swimming pool.
There is a large terrace in the garden, where we took all our meals.

We had a wonderful holiday at Le Rondini in July 2014. The property is a classic rustic villa with a great pool and well maintained grounds. It comfortably accommodated our group of 17 in clean and tidy bedrooms, and with more than enough bathrooms to go round. The kitchen was well set up to cater for a large group and the upstairs open balcony was an excellent spot for lunch on a hot afternoon. The owner was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The location is fantastic, close to the beautiful town of Lucignano and in the middle of beautiful Tuscan countryside - but only 5 mins from a supermarket and outlet shopping at Valdichiana. We would love to return to Le Rondini and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Property is clearly due for a major! renovation. Blinds are broken, fridge is terribly old, interior is dark and smelly. Many items in the rooms are broken and not maintained. We felt we were out camping... Location is beautiful, owner doesn't speak English but friendly.
[counter comment from the house managers - English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spoke with the owner. He told us he has already replaced the fridge and will change the broken items in the house.
As for the lighting, the house is bound by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and therefore it's not possible to do mayor restorations but we asked the owner to add lamps or enhance the existing ones.
Das Haus ist schön. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war aber ausgesprochen unhöflich und hat unter anderem Personenkontrollen nachts um 22.30 durchgeführt. Das Misstrauen, welches uns entgegen gebracht wurde, war absolut unerträglich. Der Vermieter muss sein Verhalten unbedingt überdenken. Wenn er ein Problem damit hat, dass junge Menschen das Haus mieten, soll er dies doch im Vornherein klar stellen - man hätte sich dann anderweitig umsehen können.

This distrust against us was absolutely unbearable. The landlord must rethink his behavior necessarily. If he has a problem with the fact that young people rent the house, he should make it clear in the outset - we would have booked elsewhere.
Le rondini kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Tolle große Küche, genügend Kühlschränke und ein super gepflegter Pool.
Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt.
