Nelle verdi colline senesi. Caratteristica casa colonica in pietra e mattoni completamente restaurata e trasformata in accogliente casa per vacanze, situata nelle verdi colline senesi a 6 km dal paese di Sinalunga dove si trovano negozi e servizi di ogni genere. Tutto intorno alla casa si estende la proprietà con 5 ettari di terreno completamente recintati, dove si trovano olivi, piante da frutto, vigne e boschi ideali per fare lunghe e rigeneranti passeggiate. La casa è protetta da un boschetto che garantisce privacy e tranquillità.
La bella piscina, gli interni e le dotazioni della villa. A disposizione e per l'uso esclusivo degli ospiti la bella piscina (dim. 7,5 x 16 m, profondità 1,20 - 2,50 m.) connessione internet, telefono, forno a legna, locale lavanderia con lavatrice, lavatoio e asciugatrice. La casa è dotata di un arredo di pregio e confortevole, con mobili rustici e d'epoca che si intonato perfettamente con le caratteristiche della casa come i travi in legno originali ed i pavimenti in cotto. All'arrivo gli ospiti riceveranno un omaggio di benvenuto.
Accesso alla casa tramite 900 m di strada bianca. A pochi metri dalla casa si trova un piccola dependance saltuariamente utilizzata dal proprietario.
Nel giardino sempre ben curato e ricoperto di fiori si trovano tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per mangiare all'aperto.

PIANO TERRA: ampio salone con camino, sala da pranzo, cucina, bagno con vasca.
PIANO PRIMO: con accesso sia da scala interna che esterna, si trovano tre camere matrimoniali, una camera con due letti singoli, due bagni con vasca. Le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto con variatore di velocità. Possibilità di aggiungere due letti singoli nelle camere o nel soggiorno.
IN DOTAZIONE: TV satellitare, stereo e lettore cd, microonde, forno, freezer, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, tostapane, macchina da caffè americano, bollitore, frullatore, connessione Internet Wi-Fi.

What a wonderful place with such an eye for detail and service! The owners are really friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The house is ideal for two families and very spacious. We enjoyed the lovely (big!) swimming pool and beautiful villages in the near surroundings. A place we can recommend to anyone who wants to spent their holidays in the heart of Tuscany and appreciates a peaceful place to stay!

Samen met mijn gezin heb ik mijn 60e verjaardag gevierd op een van de mooiste plekjes in Toscane. De prachtige - 700 jaar oude - boerderij was nog mooier dan ik had durven dromen. Het landgoed eromheen was schitterend.
De boerderij was gezellig ingericht, zeer ruim en heel schoon. In de grote keuken was alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben. Super!
De tuin en het omliggende landgoed waren prachtig onderhouden en stonden vol bloeiende bloemen en planten. Er waren overal gezellige terrasjes en aansluitend aan het huis was een grote overkapping met terras en BBQ. Allemaal even sfeervol!
In de tuin lag ook een heerlijk zwembad. Schoon en goed onderhouden en omringd door voldoende ligstoelen.
De vriendelijke eigenaars van het huis stonden altijd voor ons klaar om te helpen of vragen te beantwoorden.

Landhuis Il Meleto in Sinalunga is gelegen op een heuvel in het wonderschone Toscane. Het sfeervolle huis is 700 jaar oud en ligt op een schitterend landgoed. De goed onderhouden tuin is prachtig en staat vol bloemen en geurende bomen en struiken. Er is een heerlijk zwembad omgeven met voldoende ligstoelen.
Het huis is in het bezit van de familie Tiezzi. De vriendelijke Annamaria, behulpzame Livio en hun zoon Giovanni (die goed Engels spreekt) stonden indien nodig voor ons klaar en niets was teveel.
Het huis was erg schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Wanneer je met een groep daar verblijft is er voldoende ruimte om ook even apart te gaan zitten. Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron etc.
Wij hadden al foto's van het huis gezien op internet, maar in werkelijkheid is het huis en het landgoed eromheen nog veel mooier!
Wanneer je een groep van ongeveer 8-10 personen naar Toscane wil gaan is dit 'the place to be'. Ik wil hier graag nog eens naar terug!Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

What a wonderful treasure in the heart of Tuscany. The property is amazing and the Villa was roomy and very clean. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent time at Il Meleto.We stayed there with 2 families and enjoyed the comfortable house and the great area outside. The Pool area wasone of the highlight large enough for swimming. The big garden was well-kept and the the service every morning was great and soundless. Many thanks Anna, Livio and Giovanni for the time in Il Meleto!

We stayed in the villa for four weeks during june 2014. We had a lovely time and the place looks actually better live than in pictures. We had complete privacy during our stay because there isn't any neighbors around. In addition this we would like to thank Anna and the family for their hospitality during our stay and discretion when operating daily tasks in the area. We were travelling with 4 adults, one child and one infant. We had two group of friends visiting (one adult and three children and three adults) and the place suited for both groups. Kitchen is well-equipped and the pool is excellent for swimming. Thank you. Hope to see you again.

We loved Il Meleto -- here for 1 week with 2 married couples, a single adult and 2 kids (10 and 8). Il Meleto was a perfect for us and a great base of operations for visits into Siena, Florence, the Val di Chiana/wine country and the Etruscan hilltop towns!
