Se avete immaginato la vostra vacanza immersi nella campagna Toscana, se il vostro sogno è quello di svegliarvi la mattina aprire le finestre e ritrovarvi in mezzo a dorati girasoli e spighe di grano, Il Viaggiolo è la casa che fa per voi. Dalle vostre finestre, dal giardino, dalla piscina potrete spaziare a perdita d’occhio su campi coltivati, vigneti, oliveti e dolci colline che cambiano colore al mutare delle stagioni.
Qua e là spuntano gli antichi borghi ricchi di storia e tradizioni. Uno di questi è Marciano della Chiana, (3 Km) dominato dal castello, sul quale svetta la possente torre che, come un'arcigna sentinella, si eleva maestosa sulla vallata sottostante. Potrete invece fare i vostri acquisti, in negozi e supermercati, a Foiano della Chiana, anch’esso a circa 3 km di distanza.
Il Viaggiolo è un antico casolare che in anni recenti ha ritrovato la sua originaria bellezza. I travi in legno, i colori caldi utilizzati e il mobilio in stile, gli donano un’atmosfera accogliente e confortevole che vi farà sentire subito a vostro agio e ben accolti. Il casolare sarà luogo ideale per le vostre vacanze in famiglia, lo spazio esterno, ampio e sicuro permetterà ai vostri bambini di correre ed esplorare mentre voi vi godete un aperitivo a bordo piscina. Oppure anche se viaggiate in gruppo, Il Viaggiolo vi regalerà molto spazio confortevole per le cene in compagnia con i vostri amici, o potrà fungere anche da punto di partenza per le vostre gite alla scoperta di borghi e città d’arte del centro Italia.
Il casolare è circondato da un ampio giardino ombreggiato da piante di alto fusto, ornato di vasi e fiori ed attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, ombrelloni, dondolo e barbecue. Sotto la grande quercia secolare, a lato della casa, un piccolo angolo pensato per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per le chiacchiere della sera tra amici ed un calice di vino. La bella piscina di dimensioni m. 5 x 10 (prof. m. 1,40 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre), per il vostro uso esclusivo, dispone di lettini ed ombrelloni e di un comodo bagno con doccia. A vostra disposizione anche due posti auto coperti.
Una cosa che, siamo sicuri, non vi dimenticherete della vostra vacanza al Viaggiolo è la gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari, che vi vizieranno e coccoleranno in ogni modo possibile.

PIANO TERRA: soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, camino e divano letto singolo, camera matrimoniale con letto singolo aggiunto, wc (lavandino, water e bidet).
PIANO PRIMO: accessibile sia da scala interna che da scala esterna, soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura e camino, due camere matrimoniali, camera singola, due bagni con doccia.
Al piano terra della casa, sul lato che si affaccia verso la piscina, si trovano un bagno con doccia ed un locale lavanderia.
Per le sue caratteristiche oggettive (due ingressi indipendenti e due cucine) la casa è adatta per ospitare anche due nuclei familiari che decidano di trascorrere insieme le loro vacanze, mantenendo ognuno la propria autonomia.

In caso di cancellazione di una prenotazione, anche quando viene sostituita da un'altra, si applicano le seguenti penali:
- il deposito iniziale (25% del costo di affitto totale) se la cancellazione viene effettuata dal momento della prenotazione fino a 46 giorni prima della data di arrivo;
- 100% del prezzo totale dell'affitto se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro 45 giorni dalla data di arrivo o in caso di no show.

Perfekte Location für große Gruppen/Familien.
Abgelegen und sehr gut aufgeteilt kommt man von hier aus gut in sämtliche Touristenstädte.
Daneben sind die umliegenden Ortschaften auch einen Besuch wert.
Im Pool kan.man so oft man will Abkühlung genießen und Spaß haben.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit leuke Italiaanse huis. Fantastisch zwembad. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Pietro komt elke dag even langs voor het zwembad en een praatje. Hij is heel behulpzaam en vrijgevig. We hebben heerlijke honing gekregen van zijn eigen bijen en zelfgemaakte wijn!
Elke dag, zo halverwege de middag, begon het waaien en koelde het lekker af. Dus het perfecte moment om alle ramen open te zetten. Geen airco nodig. (Wij hadden 2 weken ruim 30 graden!)

Pietro comes by every day to visit the pool and chat. He's very helpful and generous. We received delicious honey from his own bees and homemade wine!

The house was large and comfortable, the location was amazing. The pool was also great. The beds were dated and uncomfortable, and the house was not really very clean. The owners were approachable and addressed our requests kindly.

Wat een geweldig huis en wat een prachtige huiseigenaar! De 78-jarige Pietro kwam iedere dag het zwembad inspecteren en maakt graag een praatje met de gasten. Het huis ligt helemaal vrij tussen de velden met zonnebloemen. We hebben genoten!

Il Villaggiolo is an outstanding villa. It is perfectly equipped and well suited for large families. The property is divided into three separate sections so retains its privacy. The huge private gardens and pool are beautiful. There are plenty of tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. The views from the villa are breathtaking, surrounded by fields of sunflowers. The villa owner Pietro and his family are so friendly, kind and helpful. Although they do not live on-site Pietro attended most days to either clean the pool, empty outdoor bins or tend to his bees from his nearby hives. He was accessible without being overbearing. The villa's location is quite remote, being about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the nearest large town. However, a small supermarket and patisserie are within a five minutes drive.
Like many Tuscan properties the villa does not have any air-conditioning, however there are plenty of fans in the property. A private winding driveway leads from the main road to the villa. Take care when entering the long driveway as the entrance way is narrow and located between a culvet. The biggest compliment we can give is that we would love to return to the villa and would recommend it unreservedly.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man erreicht es über einen Kiesweg. Alles wurde uns sehr sauber von den Besitzern übergeben. Auch der Pool ist traumhaft und es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. Pietro und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben. Als, zum Beispiel, ein Ventilator nicht mehr funktionierte organisierte er innerhalb von einer halben Stunde einen neuen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is very quiet, you can reach it via a gravel road. Everything was handed over to us very clean by the owners. The pool is fantastic and there are enough pool chairs available. Pietro and his wife are wonderful hosts who took very good care of us. Surrounded by sunflower fields, this villa is in a great location (about 10 mins off motorway) making sights of Tuscany readily accessible.
About 5 minute drive into Cesa or 10 into Foiana both of which have bakeries, shops, restaurants.

Wir (je 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind) verbrachten hier einen wundervollen Urlaub,das Haus ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig (es sei denn,man benötigt einen WLAN-Anschluß).Mit dem Vermieter verstand man sich auch ohne spachliche Kenntnisse (er nur italienisch und französisch,wir deutsch und englisch),er kam fast jeden Früh zur Poolreinigung.Da die Kinder fast die gesamte Urlaubszeit in einem Doppelbett schliefen,war das Einzelbett in der Regel unbenutzt.Man kann die Umgebung erkunden (Lage: nahe der Grenze zu Umbrien;Florenz wurde von uns mit dem Zug in ca. einer Stunde erreicht,Abfahrt in Arezzo) oder den Tag am Pool verbringen.Vielen Dank nochmal an das Vermieterehepaar.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We (2 couples each with one child) had here a wonderful holiday. The house left nothing to be desired (unless you need a wireless connection). We could well understand the owner even without linguistic knowledge (he spoke only Italian and French, we only German and English). He came almost every morning to clean the pool. As the children slept almost the entire holiday period in a double bed, the single bed was left unused. You can explore the surrounding area (location: near the border with Umbria, Florence was achieved by us by train in about an hour, exit at Arezzo) or spend the day at the pool.
