Graziosi appartamenti situati all’interno di una casa colonica in Val d’Orcia a pochi chilometri dalla cittadina di Montalcino. La proprietà si trova in posizione panoramica e gode di bella vista sulle vallate circostanti. La struttura appartiene ad una nota azienda produttrice di Brunello ed è stato recentemente restaurata, rispettando l’architettura tipica toscana. L’arredamento è confortevole di stile rustico con alcuni pezzi autentici. Accesso con strada bianca (1km).
Distanze: Montalcino con negozi di ogni genere a 4 km, Pienza a 20 km, Siena a 38 km, Montepulciano a 50 km, Grosseto 55 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: ampio giardino di circa 3 ettari con bella terrazza panoramica e piscina (5 x 14 m - massima profondità 1,6 m - aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09), doccia esterna (acqua fredda), spogliatoio con bagno con doccia (acqua calda), barbecue in muratura, lavanderia (uso gratuito). Ogni appartamento è dotato di impianto allarme, impianto di riscaldamento autonomo e asciugacapelli nei bagni principali. Ogni camera dispone di aria condizionata.
Servizi extra inclusi nel prezzo di affitto: cambio infrasettimanale della biancheria (Mercoledì).

We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located villa with views over the Tuscan countryside and up to the beautiful Montalcino village. The pool was crystal clear and warm and the gazebo was perfect when we wanted to be out of the sun. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We hope to go back with our whole family and would definitely recommend it to friends too.

The property is a beautiful old farmhouse, it is more rustic than I was expecting but was overall very nice. The views and location were unbeatable. We loved being able to go into Buonconvento for the store or up to Montalcino for lunch/dinner/wine, about the same distance to both. Also tons of wineries to try right there in the area, we did a tour one day and ventured out and then did one day stopping at two nearby wineries.
I wish we had been a little more aware of what amenities were on site - for example they ask you not to use the inside towels for the pool but there are not pool towels, or there is a BBQ grill but no charcoal or a lighter on site. While the inside of the house is rustic we found the kitchen easy enough to prepare 3 meals in and enjoyed having a large table to eat together nightly. My only other comment (and what proved the most problematic) would be that all the screens on the inside windows have either large gaps at the bottom or holes in the screens, we got ravaged by mosquitoes and ended up spraying down with bug spray nightly before going to sleep. I would definitely rent the house again if just the windows were fixed, the rest is completely tolerable. We got to chat with our neighbors in the apartment below who had been renting this house for 9 years and were prepared with charcoal (which they graciously shared), towels, pool floats, and citronella candles - apparently this is not a new problem :)Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Lovely apartment situated in the middle of a wine field with excellent view over the landscape and to Montalcino. Highly recommendable!

Perfect location and setting. Well furnished but could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room. This is our second stay and the contact instructions are wrong. If you have a problem go to the Caparzo tasting room which is well marked from Strada Brunello. The people there are very professional and helpful.

Overall we had a lovely stay a Caparzo's farmhouse Brunello. Lots of day trips to explore from this central location just below Montalcino.

Very comfortable, great location, wonderful setting. Professionally managed, although contact information was incorrect and we needed to call the help line which fortunatly was open.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in the charming farm-
house with the most spectacular wiew to the winefields and to Montalcino- the standard of the house was very fine it was
wellfunctioning and clean as wel was the area round the house and the pool.Only we should have liked a little better and bigger frying pan to prepare the very good t-bone steaks and more.
We will especially remember the most fantastic help and kindness from the owner of the property Andrea Ciuti. The way he helped us and his hospitality in all ways cold not be emphasizid enough.
Tis wonderfull place we will surely return to and recommend.
