Caratteristica casa colonica in pietra risalente al 1200 costituita da 4 appartamenti (di cui 1 occupato dai proprietari) situata in posizione panoramica e tranquilla sulle colline del Chianti. Un ulteriore appartamento (Mercatale 4) è situato a circa 700 metri dal nucleo principale e dalla piscina.
Tutte le unità sono molto confortevoli, arredate in stile rustico tipico toscano e godono di un bellissimo panorama sui vigneti e gli oliveti circostanti. La proprietà dispone di una bella piscina circondata da una zona solarium dove è possibile rilassarsi a contatto con la natura.
Accesso alla proprietà tramite una strada sterrata in buone condizioni.
Distanze: Mercatale con negozi di ogni genere a 5 km, Greve in Chianti a 10 km, Firenze (aeroporto) a 18 km, la bella cittadina di San Gimignano a 40 km, Siena a 60 km, Radda in Chianti a ca. 40 km, Pisa (aeroporto) a 70 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino con piscina (12 x 6 m) e solarium, barbecue.
Lavatrice (a pagamento e situata in una stanza comune). Parcheggio nella proprietà.

Very nice view from the apartment,
Apartment is large for 4 people,
Beds are good,
Swimming pool is large and beautiful,

Access road in gravel is long (2 km) and uncomfortable on the long ; SUV advised,
Wi-Fi (paying service) very too slow (impossible to download my pdf newspaper...),
TV satellite, only 1 channel in French, few European channels, lots of Arabic,
Shower leaks on the bathroom floor,
No micro wave in the kitchen,
At that price level, wooden garden furniture would be more accurate,

Tout est parfait!
Le logement est spacieux avec une piscine à proximité très bien entretenu.
Les 3 locations sont très indépendantes avec aucun vis vis (les 3 salons de jardin donnent sur les 3 façades du bâtiment).
Le cadre est idyllique avec une superbe vue !
Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et vraiment très gentils. Merci à eux pour tout.

Une maison plein de charme et très bien située en pleine campagne toscane. Les propriétaires étaient accueillants. Une bonne adresse.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est très agréable, fraîche. Elle est située en haut d'une colline, au calme, la vue est très belle. Très bien située pour visiter la région.

Our stay lasted almost a month. The location is perfect, the owner more hospitable, accomodations were exactly as described. I would rent again.

We spent a beautiful week at Mercatale 4. The property was what we expected from the website. The property owner was very nice and we had a lot of privacy. She was very helpful in directing us to the nearest grocery store and prior to arriving she gave us information so that we could book a cooking class.
I would suggest bringing a radio as there is no TV on site if you wish to have some music while you are there. The value was great for the property and the access to main highways and other towns was 100%.
The directions/GPS cordinates need to be updated on the Easy Reserve confirmation as we found that they were not as accurate as they could have been.

We had a great stay at in Mercatale. The villa is high on a hill facing west looking out onto vineyards and other villas. It is remote enough be very peaceful at night, but not so far it takes forever to get around. The kitchen and bathroom are quite large and the pool is very nice. Glenn P.-St. Louis, MO
