Descrizione Proprietà
Villa indipendente in pietra con piscina privata situata in posizione panoramica e tranquilla nei dintorni di Cetona. La casa, completamente recintata, è circondata da un ampio giardino molto curato con bella vista sulla campagna circostante. La villa è arredata in modo confortevole e offre ampi spazi interni ed esterni che permettono di trascorrere una piacevole e rilassante vacanza nel cuore della campagna toscana. La posizione strategica permette inoltre di raggiungere agevolmente sia in auto che in treno le città più importanti del centro Italia.
L’accesso alla struttura è tramite una strada sterrata in buone condizioni.
Distanze: Cetona con negozi di ogni genere a 4 km, Sarteano con stabilimenti termali a 4 km, Chiusi (Museo della Civiltà Etrusca ) con stazione ferroviaria e ingresso autostrada a 9 km, Siena a 90 km, la bella cittadina di Orvieto a 60 km, Montepulciano a ca. 25 km, Firenze (aeroporto) a 120 km. Roma (aeroporto) a 180 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: ampio e curato giardino, piscina riservata all’uso esclusivo degli ospiti (9 x 4,5 m – minima profondità 1,20 m; massima profondità 2 m – aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09). Parcheggio nella proprietà. La casa è dotata di zanzariere. Possibilità di fare belle passeggiate nel vicino bosco di proprietà; orto a disposizione degli ospiti.

- 100% del prezzo totale dell'affitto se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro 60 giorni dalla data di arrivo o in caso di no show.

My family and I stayed at Casale Giulio late May 2019. It was a wonderful time. The house is an old farmhouse that is surrounded by beautiful fields of wheat, cypresses, olive groves and a wide variety of wild flowers. It is a truly beautiful area. The views of Mt. Cetona were spectacular. The general area is very beautiful with beautiful houses nearby that are pleasant to look at from afar. The town of Cetona is beautiful and serene. Very quaint. Be mindful that the nearest grocery store keeps odd hours and was on one occasion closed when it should have been opened.
The owner is a great guy and very helpful. The neighbor lady farms the fields adjacent to the house and the home owner owns them as well. She was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is that the owner provide a barbecue for outdoor and a ‘American’ style drip coffee maker. Just be aware that the house is old and there are some minor inconveniences such as a long wait for hot water. But overall a great experience and in my view a good deal for the price. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity were to arise.

Wonderful house in a stunning location. The owners are extremely warm, friendly and helpful, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this place. It's even better than it looks in the photos - the driveway is especially beautiful. The closest town Cetona is exactly what you hope for in a small, traditional, rustic village where you can get everything you need or relax with the locals, good restaurants options etc

In Casale Giulio we were very happy and felt home in some minutes. It's an amazing place with a great view over tuscany panorama. Silent, spacious, wonderful park, authentic furnished and clean. Cetona Village needs some minutes by car, but it provides all you need.

Das Haus die Umgebung und der Pool ist wunderschön gelegen. Mit der Sauberkeit im Hause könnte es in einzelnen Zimmer noch etwas besser sein. Schön wäre es, wenn noch ein Außengrill vorhanden wäre.
Der Empfang und die Informationen waren sehr gut.

Mooi (enigszins gedateerd maar comfortabel) ingericht huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, wekelijkse schoonmaak en vervanging bed en linnengoed. Prachtige omgeving.

Sehr schönes Haus, geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Wunderschön gelegen. Die Zufahrtsstraße (ca. 1km) ist allerdings nur eine Staub/Schotterstraße mit ziemlichen Unebenheiten.

Great house with a wonderful pool. It's a very quiet place with a nice big garden where you can relax and enjoy the views. The location is beautiful, near the little town of Cetona.

This villa is beautiful! It sits up on a hill with gorgeous views. When you turn into the long driveway there is a long line of Cypress trees on both sides lining the drive. We mostly lived in the back room which has glass on 3 sides. The inside is very clean, lots of windows & has 3 bathrooms. It has a lot of personal items which make it a home, as opposed to the usual rental properties.It was love at first sight. When I was first looking I hestitated due to the lack of references & the open availability (meaning it wasn't a popular rental). But I found out when I arrived that it is a fairly new rental due to a death in the family.The owners & housekeeper were very nice & extremely helpful. Judy P, Boynton Beach, FL
