Piscina

The estate features a panoramic outdoor swimming pool measuring approximately 10 × 5 metres, with a depth of 1.40 metres. Set within the landscaped grounds and surrounded by mature trees, the pool overlooks the rolling countryside of the Prosecco Hills.

Sun loungers, parasols and shaded relaxation areas provide space to unwind outdoors. The pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

A separate outdoor hot tub accommodates up to four guests, offering an additional wellness feature within the gardens. Pool access hours and hot tub operating arrangements should be confirmed before arrival.

The resident team occupies a separate wing of the mansion. They manage daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and oversee the property throughout the day, including outdoor maintenance, garden care, and essential safety related interventions.
Only the registered guests can access the villa, visitors must be announced to the villa staff.
It is not allowed to organize party if not planned before with the villa staff. For safety reasons, the barbecue may be used only under staff supervision, and guests are kindly asked to inform the team in advance so assistance can be arranged.

WEDDING VILLA
The villa is particularly suitable for weddings and events. It has covered areas that can accommodate up to 200 people. For special setups and banquets, a quotation will be provided upon request.

Upon request and approval of the owner is possible to plan a late arrival after 7.00 pm, an early check in before 3.00 pm or a late check out after 10.00 am

Pagamenti e penali di cancellazione

Durante il processo di prenotazione online e nelle condizioni di prenotazione di ciascuna struttura è possibile trovare la percentuale dell'importo totale della locazione che deve essere versato al momento della prenotazione come deposito iniziale (necessario per confermare la prenotazione). Il saldo, se non diversamente specificato nelle condizioni di prenotazione dell’alloggio, è dovuto 45 giorni prima dell’arrivo.

Per prenotazioni last-minute (entro 45 giorni dall’arrivo, se non diversamente specificato nelle condizioni di prenotazione della struttura) l’intero importo della locazione deve essere pagato al momento della prenotazione.

Easy Reserve si riserva il diritto di addebitare al cliente ogni altra spesa addizionale relativa alla prenotazione. L'annullamento di una prenotazione anche se sostituita da un'altra, se non specificato diversamente nelle condizioni di prenotazione dell’alloggio prevede il pagamento delle seguenti penali:
- fino a 46 giorni dall'inizio della locazione la percentuale dell'importo totale della locazione versata al momento della prenotazione come deposito iniziale;
- dal 45° giorno al giorno di arrivo ed inizio della locazione o in caso di no show, il 100% del prezzo totale della prenotazione.
