- il deposito iniziale (25% del costo di affitto totale) se la cancellazione viene effettuata dal momento della prenotazione fino a 66 giorni prima della data di arrivo;
- 100% del prezzo totale dell'affitto se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro 65 giorni dalla data di arrivo o in caso di no show.
Prenotando questa struttura il cliente riceverà inclusa nel prezzo anche una polizza di assicurazione annullamento fornita da ERV che fornisce copertura al cliente anche in caso di cancellazione per positività al Covid-19. Wir hatten 1 wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub in 1 sehr netten u
familienfreundlichen Toscana- Unterkunft.
Wir konnten von der Frühstücks-Terrasse zum Swimmingpool mit unseren
spielenden Kindern hinuntersehen, - wir hatten für unsere Bedürfnisse mit
Kindern unterschiedlichsten Alters das ideale Ferienhaus gefunden.
Ich war freudigst überrascht, wie großzügig die Ferien-Unterkunft mit allen
wichtigen Gebrauchsgegenständen eingerichtet war. Alles war reichlich
vorhanden, Geschirrtücher, Geschirr, Besteck, sogar Flaschen-u Dosenöffner,
- genügend WC-Papier, Besen, Putzlappen .- sogar Rest-Geschirrmittel, Salz,
Zucker, Mehl, Öl waren noch von den Vorgängern vorhanden, das erlebte ich
nur hier u in keiner anderen Ferien- Unterkunft!
Die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett u sympathisch, wir sahen sie mehrmals am
Tage, wenn sie im nächstliegenden Weingarten mit ihren Kindern arbeitete.
Sie lud uns ein, bei der Weinlese mit unseren Kindern mit zuhelfen. Die
Kinder schnitten mit Begeisterung die Trauben ab, am meisten Ausdauer zeigte
aber der 2-jährige Theo, der trotz Hitze noch immer ernten wollte, obwohl
die größeren Kinder schon im Swimmingpool zur Abkühlung waren.
Auch die anderen Mieter waren sehr nett hier fanden sich Menschen mit
ähnlichen Urlaubsbedürfnissen zusammen, - auch die kinderlosen Feriengäste
hatten Spaß an den hier spielenden Kindern u fühlten sich nicht gestört,
sondern nahmen wohlwollenden Kontakt zu unseren Kindern auf.

We had a wonderful family vacation in a very nice and family-friendly Toscany accommodation.
We were able to watch the kids playing in the pool from the breakfast terrace - we have found the ideal holiday home for the needs of our children of different ages.
I was happily surprised at how generous the vacation accommodation was fitted with important everyday objects. Everything was plentiful available, dishtowels, dishes, cutlery, even bottle and can opener, enough toilet paper, brooms, cloths - even extra dishes, salt,
sugar, flour, oil were still present from the former renters, I experienced that only here and in no other holiday accommodation!
The landlady was very nice, we saw her several days when she worked in the nearest vineyard with her children.
She invited us to help grape harvesting with our children. The children enthusiastically cut off the grapes, 2-year-old Theo showing the most endurance still wanting to harvest despite the heat, though the older children were already in the swimming pool to cool off.
The other tenants were very nice here, we found people with similar holiday needs together, - even the childless holiday guests had fun playing with the children here and did not feel disturbed.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Nous avons reservé 15 jours en aout et nous avons passez d' excellentes vacances , Laura est une professionnelle exceptionnelle , à l' écoute de toutes nos demandes.
La maison est conforme à la description et idéalement située

Vom 06.06.-10.06.2013 verbrachten 12 Mädels einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in der Toskana.
Tenuta Mariani Al Crocicchio hieß unsere Unterkunft, Haus Bruna. Diese Ferienwohnung für 12 Personen war wunderschön, sehr liebevoll und geschmacklich eingerichtet.
Hanglage, sehr ruhig gelegen, Auto empfehlenswert!
Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl und heimisch.
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich, geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Man kommt sich vor, als würde man sich schon länger kennen.
Vor Ort konnten wir bei den Eigentümer eine Weinbegehung und Weinprobe machen.
Die selbst zubereiteten Häppchen und der Wein waren sehr lecker!

Tenuta Mariani Al Crocicchio was the name of our accommodation, unit Bruna. This holiday home for 12 people was beautiful, very loving and tastefully furnished.
On a slope, very quiet, a car is recommended!
We felt comfortable and at home from the beginning.
The owner is very friendly, responds to all requests. It is as if you know eachother since a long time.
