The large kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The cosy living room with wood-burning stove is ideal for cosy hours.On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower/WC, a bedroom with double bed and a room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. On the upper floor there are a further 3 bedrooms with double beds. One of these bedrooms has an IKEA Brimnes pull-out bed for a maximum of 2 people next to the double bed. A further bathroom with bath, shower, WC and 2 washbasins.Extension with shower/WC and SAUNA.No wishes remain unfulfilled here. Arrive - switch off - feel good. From the kitchen you can reach the marvellous, fenced garden with terrace. The garden furniture, loungers and barbecue are stored in a log cabin. A sauna and an additional bathroom with shower/WC are at your disposal. Eilsum: church with secco paintings, Grimersum with old church, Pewsum with the Mannigaburg with a wedding room. Visit the famous Otto Tower or the pretty fishing village of Greetsiel with its two mills. Emden with its old harbour is about 13 km away and Norden / Norddeich about 18 km. You can take your own boat across the canals of the "Old Greetsiel Sieltief" - the so-called "Ant Greetmer Deep" to the "Great Sea". Explore the most beautiful sides of East Frisia and the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea.
