This chalet is near Bad Sankt Leonhard in the Lavanttal, about halfway between Graz and Klagenfurt in Carinthia.The chalet is on three floors and provides around 140m² of living space. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have a TV. The chalet has two bathrooms with a shower and an infrared sauna. There is a generous living and dining room for spending sociable time together. There is also a sofa bed. The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking (stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and a mixer). There is also Internet access.The chalet is built at an altitude of 1600 metres and is an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, biking, climbing. In summer the toboggan run and the climbing park are right nearby. There are restaurants and a ski school about a kilometre away.In March and December partly ski passes for six people are included. This depends on the start of
the "ski-pass-included-season".
