Villa Karhentimantti is a high-quality rental villa located in Karhe, Ylöjärvi, by the shores of Lake Karhejärvi, 35 km northwest of Tampere. This modern villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For a peaceful night's sleep, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of seven high-quality beds (plus a baby crib) and a sauna's living area with a sofa bed for two. A spacious 80 m² terrace crowns a hydro massage bath, the use of which is included in the rental price.
Lake Karhejärvi is rich in fish, and preparing your catch – such as pike-perch, pike, or perch – on the villa’s gas grill is a delightful experience. A fishing permit for the lake is included in the rent. During the summer, the best way to explore the scenery is from the lake, using the rowing boat or the two SUP boards provided as part of the rental. Guests also have free access to a large trampoline. Additionally, the owner offers two e-bikes for rent upon request.
The wood-heated sauna with two lofts provides gentle heat, and the lake is just steps away via a clean, well-maintained wooden path. The hard, gently sloping sandy beach with a dock is only 20 meters from the villa, perfect for swimming.
The villa is equipped with a wide range of modern amenities, including three showers and three WCs, high-speed wireless internet, and three Smart TVs. It is also well-suited for remote work. The property features an 8A charging station for electric vehicles.
Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. During the summer season from midsummer to mid-August (weeks 25–33), weekly reservations include pre-made bed linens (for up to 9 people) and bathrobes. For shorter stays and other times of the year, bed linens can be ordered as an additional service.
You can also arrange high-quality catering and activity services at the villa – ask for more details. A similar sister villa, Villa Karhentimantti (17283), is next door. A storage building between the villas provides privacy. By booking both villas, you can accommodate a group of up to 18 people! Note: This villa is not rented to youth groups (under 25 years old).

Il saldo è dovuto 65 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
Per le prenotazioni last-minute (entro 65 giorni dall'arrivo) l'intero importo deve essere pagato al momento della prenotazione.
In caso di cancellazione di una prenotazione, anche quando viene sostituita da un'altra, si applicano le seguenti penali:
- il deposito iniziale (25% del costo di affitto totale) se la cancellazione viene effettuata dal momento della prenotazione fino a 66 giorni prima della data di arrivo;
- 100% del prezzo totale dell'affitto se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro 65 giorni dalla data di arrivo o in caso di no show.
Prenotando questa struttura il cliente riceverà inclusa nel prezzo anche una polizza di assicurazione annullamento fornita da ERV che fornisce copertura al cliente anche in caso di cancellazione per positività al Covid-19.
