Between the villages Gstaad and Saanen situated 2.5-room apartment (62sqm) on the ground floor of a multi-family chalet which was built in 1964. Furnished sunny terrace with nice view to the mountains Giferspitz, Wasserngrat, Niesenhorn and Wispile. 1 covered parking space is available. Provided that they are not occupied privately, there are 2 additional bedrooms (1x single bed 140x200cm and 1x double bed/grand-lit 160x200cm) as well as 1 bathroom with shower/toilet available in the basement of the chalet (with daylight by lightwell). Important notes The 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor has only capacity for a maximum of 3 persons. With occupancy of up to 3 persons, a booking of additional bedrooms in the basement is possible on request directly to the owners (iseli.ku.@bluewin.ch) and against separate payment on-site. The owners speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. With a higher occupancy than 3 persons, additional bedrooms in the basement must be rented. If those additional bedrooms are available, the minimum number of additional rooms which have to be booked will be calculated automatically. With occupancy up to 4 persons, the additional bedroom with the single bed as well as the bathroom in the basement are automatically available in addition to the 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor. With occupancy of 4 persons, a booking of the additional bedroom with the double bed/grand-lit in the basement is possible on request directly to the owners (iseli.ku.@bluewin.ch) and against separate payment on-site. The owners speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. With occupancy of 5-6 persons, both additional bedrooms as well as the bathroom in the basement are automatically available in addition to the 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor.
