A wonderful anglers cottage with living rooms on two floors. The terrace is 26 m2 and the dock in front of it is 43 m2 -
as part of a dock 4 times as large. The single beds can be combined
into double beds and vice versa. An 18 ft Øien 530F boat with Yamaha 25
hp 4-stoke motor, control panel, 5 rod holders, sonar/GPS/chartplotter,
electric tilt, all new in 2015, is available for rent by the dock of the
house, ready to take you out fishing in a unique archipelago. You can
fish in the sheltered waters in between islands or in the fjord. The cod
starts "flooding" in the fjord in February, March and April. Life
jackets are included. An covered outdoor fish cleaning table has lights
and running water. Catch salmon and trout in Ørstaelva, a river 30 km
away. Or trout in Skogevatnet, a lake 7 km away. A small sandy beach is
150 metres from the house. Or you can go swimming at Overåssanden, a
wonderful sandy beach with volleyball, 30 km away. Visit Ulsteinvik and
its many facilities, 14 km.
