95 km north-west of Tampere, lake Kuivasjärvi 35 m (width approx. 0,8 km, length of approx. 7 km), shallow, hard, gently deepening dredged sand beach, large pier, boat.

Log villa 2016, kitchen-living room one extra bed in sofa, bedroom with double bed, shower room / wc, terrace.
Loft with double bed (140 cm wide) and 1 extra mattress suitable for children. Air source heat pump.

Lakeshore sauna with wood-burning stove, shower room, living room with fireplace and terrace.
In the living room there is electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. The running water to the lakeside sauna comes from main cottage. Hot water does not come right away, you need to wait for a moment.

In the sauna building's living room there is a sofa bed for two. Sofa bed is an alternative bed place only during Summer time. The maximum number of people is 6 people.

Both cottages have underfloor heating.

Therei s a glazed summer dining area and terrace where possibility to use gas grill.

Note! There is a camera which monitors only the parking place.

The villa is situated on a slope, there are birch trees in the plot. A wide parking place.
Between the villa and lakeside sauna there is a woodshed, roofed and glazed summer dining area, on the shore there is spacious dock.

In the lake there are good fishing possibilities. Lure fishing place Lamminkoski (Lammi Rapids) 2 km away by the road coming to the cottage. From Parkanon hovi 6 km away one can buy fishing license to the rapids, ( http://www.parkanon-hovi.fi/ ).
