Il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani è settimanale. Oltre alla cucina ogni appartamento ha un salotto, un angolo pranzo e a seconda della grandezza, 1, 2, 3 camere da letto e bagni. Alcuni appartamenti si sviluppano su due piani. Tutti godono di una bellissima vista sul lago. Nel giardino gli ospiti possono usufruire di una bellissima piscina 12x6 metri. The location was great, views of the lake were nice, the buildings on site were pretty but that's about it. Proximity to the town of Passignano was good. The property however was not maintained well at all. The steps, walkways and courtyards needed to be swept of gravel and plant debris and the landscape was very weedy. The property was very untidy and unkempt. There were bugs everywhere outside and inside the unit (centipedes, ants, spiders, flies, wasps) and got stung several times by wasps. We could not enjoy the patio or the pool because of the wasps. We could not even open the windows and doors for some air because of the bug issue which made for an extremely hot and muggy unit and several sleepless nights. Kitchen was poorly stocked with kitchenware. Bathroom was tiny. Bedroom size was decent but top cover tattered and torn. It's as if the owners really don't care to have guests stay there. Not surprisingly this entire complex was empty in the middle of July. I have stayed at various agriturismi in Tuscany and Umbria so I have a benchmark and this did not meet my expectations at all. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, nor would I return. Helen F. The location was great, views of the lake were nice, the buildings on site were pretty but that's about it. Proximity to the town of Passignano was good. The property however was not maintained well at all. The steps, walkways and courtyards needed to be swept of gravel and plant debris and the landscape was very weedy. The property was very untidy and unkempt. There were bugs everywhere outside and inside the unit (centipedes, ants, spiders, flies, wasps) and got stung several times by wasps. We could not enjoy the patio or the pool because of the wasps. We could not even open the windows and doors for some air because of the bug issue which made for an extremely hot and muggy unit and several sleepless nights. Kitchen was poorly stocked with kitchenware. Bathroom was tiny. Bedroom size was decent but top cover tattered and torn. It's as if the owners really don't care to have guests stay there. Not surprisingly this entire complex was empty in the middle of July. I have stayed at various agriturismi in Tuscany and Umbria so I have a benchmark and this did not meet my expectations at all. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, nor would I return. Helen F. Monteluce was set above an olive grove with an excellent panoramic view of Lake Trasimeno. The closest town is only a few minutes drive. My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Lantico borgo è stato ristrutturato egregiamente e suddiviso in 7 deliziosi appartamenti. Lesterno è tutto in pietra antica mentre linterno ha i soffitti in travi di legno e pianelle, i pavimenti sono in cotto toscano, larredamento , molto curato , è in stile campagnolo. Gli appartamenti e gli spazi esterni sono stati ideati per garantire la massima privacy e lindipendenza di ognuno. Le case sono equipaggiate con riscaldamento ed acqua calda, ogni appartamento dispone di cucina attrezzate con stoviglie, piani cottura forno e frigorifero. Il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani è settimanale. Oltre alla cucina ogni appartamento ha un salotto, un angolo pranzo e a seconda della grandezza, 1, 2, 3 camere da letto e bagni. Alcuni appartamenti si sviluppano su due piani. Tutti godono di una bellissima vista sul lago. Nel giardino gli ospiti possono usufruire di una bellissima piscina 12x6 metri. Nelle vicinanze potrete trovere delle bellissime spiagge pubbliche sulla riva del lago. Vi è inoltre un maneggio vicino per poter cavalcare e prendere lezioni. Monteluce è il posto ideale per rilassarsi, divertirsi e visitare lItalia.
