Al Vecchio Pozzo è una incantevole casa vacanze in pietra (70 mq) con piscina privata, internet Wi-Fi e aria condizionata. La proprietà può accogliere comodamente fino a quattro persone. La proprietà è posizionata a soli 2 km di distanza da Buti (Italia) e solo a 24 km di distanza da Lucca.
La casa dispone di uno grande giardino completamente recintato (parte con rete, parte con muro in pietra 70 cm e siepe).

Una volta arrivato sarai ricevuto dal proprietario o dal gestore della tua incantevole casa vacanze, una proprietà pulita e tenuta in ottime condizioni, perfetta per una piacevole vacanza in Toscana. Dopo una impegnativa giornata ricca di gite turistiche, concediti del tempo con famiglia e amici a bordo piscina per gustarti una bibita rinfrescante o un buon calice di vino - non c'è niente di meglio per riposarti alla fine della giornata. Avrai a tua disposizione all'aperto anche un barbecue e un parco giochi. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Pool ist super.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine.
Une petite maison super sympas et d’une propre irréprochable. La piscine est nettoyé tous les jours ainsi que les poubelles. Je la recommande vivement. Merci pour tout.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur im Badezimmer könnte ein Duschvorhang nicht schaden ????
Der Garten und vor allem der Pool waren eine Sensation. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jeden Morgen da und hat ganz leise und diskret die Anlage versorgt und den Pool gereinigt.
Ausflüge sind kein Problem, es gibt soooooo viel zu sehen.Vor allem das kleine kleine Dorf Vicopisano ist es wert dort dort hin zu fahren. Ein Traum.
Vielen Dank....... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

The garden and especially the pool were a sensation. Clean and groomed. The landlord was there every morning and quietly and discreetly looked after the complex and cleaned the pool.

De woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft een ruime slaapkamer boven. Uitermate geschikt voor stellen en/of een jong gezin met een kind. Het privé zwembad geeft je het gevoel van totale ontspanning. Wij hebben genoten.

Een heerlijk huis met prachtige tuin en zwembad. Tuin en zwembad werden elke dag, vroeg in de ochtend, onderhouden. Alleen vervelend dat de airco’s beide kapot bleken te zijn bij aankomst en tijdens verblijf niet gerepareerd konden worden. Dat was een tegenvaller gezien de tropische temperaturen (30+). Daarnaast overlast gehad van werkzaamheden aan de weg langszij het huis.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind okay. Der Pool ist groß und der Garten riesig und komplett eingezäunt.
Das Haus ist eher klein und mit alten Möbel ausgestattet. Die Matratze sehr hart und durchgängig, keine einzelnen Matratzen.
Wer nicht auf andauerndes Hundegebell steht, sollte sich auf jeden Fall Ohrenstopfen mitnehmen. ( Wir haben selbst einen Hund ) Die Lage ist okay. Im Radius von 20 bis 25 KM erreicht man Pisa Lucca und Livorno.
Das wichtigste zum Schluss. Man sollte sich bei Ankunft auf jeden Fall den Zählerstand vom Strom notieren um bei der Abrechnung keine böse Überraschung zu erleben.
Daran hatten wir nicht gedacht und uns gewundert, dass wir knapp 70 Euro für 10 Tage Urlaub bezahlen mussten, obwohl wir keine Klimaanlage genutzt haben und tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Der Vermieter spricht ausschließlich italienisch. Er ist nett und hat sich gekümmert wenn was war. Im Pool fuhr morgens täglich der Roboter, was zwar Sinn macht, aber dadurch war es leider nicht möglich morgens vor oder nach dem Frühstück im Pool zu baden.
Meine Bewertung soll keine große Kritik darstellen, sondern eine offene und ehrliche Bestandsaufnahme sein.
Het is een mooi huis met een vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar.
Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt in het zwembad, die wij elke ochtend schoon aantroffen ( blaadjes uit het water ,bodem schoongemaakt enz).
Tevens is het huis een mooie uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar steden zoals Lucca, Pisa en Florence.
Kortom, wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Ich hatte eine tolle, erholsame Zeit in meinem Ferienhaus. Die Anlage ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort wo man sich super erholen kann. Der Swimmingpool ist sauber und man verbringt fast den ganzen Tag darin. Es hat sogar eine Aussendusche und WC. Das ist sehr praktisch.
Auch das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Stube und Küche sind gut eingerichtet und das man 2 Türen aufmachen kann, gibt einem das typisch italienische Flair... Im oberen Stock stehen 2 Betten und das schöne Badezimmer. Auch hier ist alles sehr sauber.
Vincenzo, der Gastgeber ist in unglaublich lieber und ruhiger Italiener, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Trotz eines schweren Unfalls, hat er darauf bestanden jeden Tag seine Arbeit zu verrichten. Ich habe ihn richtig gern bekommen.
Ich habe viel von der Gegend gesehen und war unzählige Male in Lucca zum Shoppen. Ich sehne mich bereits jetzt schon wieder nach Buti.

Es war alles mehr als super!! Wir sind schon das 8 Mal mit dem Auto in Urlaub gefahren und haben daher mehrere Ferienhäuser gesehen, so sauber wie dieses war noch keins! Ein anderes positives Beispiel war: Die Klimaanlage oben hatte nicht funktioniert, wir haben das dem Hauseigentümer mitgeteilt, zwei Tage später hatten wir eine nagelneue Klimaanlage. Im Ort gibt einen Laden (Merendero), der Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurant und Bar in einem ist, die Brötchen sind nicht so toll aber der Kaffee und die Kaffeestückchen sind super. Wir haben das erste Mal über EasyReserve gebucht und waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Kontaktaufnahme, Buchung verlief alles reibungslos. Auch Abitare Lucca war sehr hilfreich. Obwohl nichts von einer Aussentoilette in der Beschreibung stand war eine am Pool vorhanden. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool vom Hauseigentümer gesäubert. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

In the village there is a shop (Merendero) which is baker, butcher, restaurant and bar - all in one, the rolls are not so great but the coffee and cakes are great. We booked through EasyReserve for the first time and were really pleasantly surprised. The contact, booking went smoothly. Abitare Lucca was also very helpful. Although nothing of an outside toilet in the description, there was one at the pool available. Every morning the pool was cleaned by the owner.
