50 kilometres north from Joensuu, Lake Höytiäinen within 20 metres. Shallow, quite slowly deepening sanded muddy bottom, rowing boat, jetty. Wooden house, built in 1985. Kitchen-living room (sofabed for 2 persons), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with one bed (breadth 120 cm), washing room, sauna (electric stove), veranda and porch. Also separate sauna by the lake during the summer period. A wooden house by the lake Höytiäinen, shore facing to the south. Neighbours are not to be seen from the yard. In the yard also a separate warehouse with car shelter. A separate grilling hut and a beach sauna with fireplace room. There is an electr. stove, a coffee maker, cold and warm water and also a convertible bed for 2 persons as well as a shower in the sauna during the summer period. 50 km to Ukko-Koli slopes and to Koli National park. Possibility to buy meat from the butcher's shop situated in the neighbour.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
