Pozzo dei Desideri è una splendida casa colonica recentemente ristrutturata, situata in posizione panoramica con vista sulle colline del Chianti.
La struttura è stata suddivisa in 3 spaziosi e confortevoli appartamenti (di cui uno abitato dai proprietari), arredati con cura e con gusto in stile rustico tipico toscano. Ogni appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi comfort per garantire tranquillità agli ospiti che vi soggiornano.
All'esterno, un'area attrezzata vi permetterà di poter organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto e una bellissima ed ampia piscina vi aspetta per poter ammirare una splendida vista panoramica sulla natura che circonda Pozzo dei Desideri, godendovi la pace e la tranquillità che la proprietà sa donare.
A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino attrezzato con tavoli e sedie, piscina (12 x 6 m - massima profondità 1,8 m - aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09) utilizzata anche dai proprietari e barbecue in comune. Aria condizionata. L’accesso alla proprietà tramite una strada non asfaltata ma in buone condizioni. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare un letto supplementare a € 62,- / a settimana da pagare sul posto. Lettino per bebé (disponibile gratuitamente). Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia. Le finestre degli appartamenti sono dotate di zanzariere.

Op de dag van ons vertrek werd mijn echtgenote met spoed opgenomen in het ziekenhuis. Caterina heeft er alles aan gedaan om mij te ondersteunen.

I love this place, this is my third visit and wont be my last.my self and my family had a very relaxing week after a very worrying year,I cant decided wether I like june or september both have been lovely.Both apartments are good and well stocked and comfortable,cant wait for 2021

stayed in Pozzo 1 a few years ago so when my family suggested a trip to Tuscany I knew exactly were I wanted us to stay, love the house , grounds and pool,the views are to die for from the rear of the property, large bedrooms , large lounge and good kitchen with plenty of utensils, one teeny thing no kettle for tea but we improvised, lovely owners very helpful and friendly, make there own wine and olive oil very nice products. Two Restaurents within walking distance again lovely friendly owners. Coop market short drive away with great produce. Property easy to get to and from for outings. Will be booking for next year soon.

We had a wonderful stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Spacious, comfortable quarters in this three hundred year old villa, with beautiful views in all directions. Easy access by bus to Florence and surrounding towns. Made for a great home base to explore all of Tuscany.

The apartment is spacious and clean. the pool is very nice. close to a small town.

Propriété très agréable, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires très agréables et disponibles pour des informations sur la régions, les restaurants etc.
Seul tout petit bémol, les grasses matinées peuvent se réveler courtes car les propriétaires habitent l'étage au dessus, ont de jeunes enfants et le plancher d'époque ne répond pas aux exigences acoustiques actuelles.

We stayed in this Villa in September 2014 as a family of 4 adults and two children. The Villa was clean and tidy on arrival and it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom, this certainly makes it easier for a group of 6 to stay and not get in each others way.
The owners daughter lives on site and provided a kettle we could use on the gas cooker, otherwise the villa is well appointed with kitchen items and bed linen etc.
My only two comments would be:
- Using more than one electrical item in the kitchen trips the fuse, which is a pain
- The area had a lot of mosquitos
Note - if getting the bus into Florence id suggest driving to the bus stop in the local town, parking there and getting the bus which is really quick. Picking the bus up outside the villa's local hamlet is possible but getting a bus that can take you back to the villa is harderRaccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

The house was great to stay! There is a nice swimming pool and the view is very nice. The house is big and the bathrooms are clean. There should be a dog but we did not see him. Only there wasn't wifi, but we could use it from the house boss if we went outside. It was a great pleasure to stay at Pozzo Dei Desideri!

We liked very much Pozzo dei desideri. Convenient location - easy to find, close to the COOP (supermarket). Spacious, clean rooms with rustic atmosphere. Wonderful views! The landlady, Mrs. Panzani, has been most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful place to families with small and grown-up children and groups of friends, who want to explore Toscana.

We were very happy with the villa. Located close to the coop in town where you can find everything you need. The fireplace was amazing and we had the use of both the BBQ and authentic pizza oven (wood was provided)There is a very friendly dog "Molly" which you will either love or hate. She is always happy to see you and greats you every morning, however she barks at the deer and rabits all night long. We got use to it after awhile though. The only critisim I can come up with is there was abosulty no dish soap, laundry detergent, of even salt & pepper we had to supply literaly every expendable. I wonder were the stuff we left behind went?
