97 km southwest of Turku, 30 m to the beach, by the beach is 20 sqm patio, which is integrated into a floating pier. One has to go swimming from the pier. Access to the beach is relatively steep. Rowing boat.

Log cottage 2011, living room-kitchen, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower / toilet (toilet is electric eco-toilet with freezing mechanism), sleeping loft with 4 mattresses, terrace.

Because the beds are made upon a low loft, we recommend the cottage only to customers who have no difficulties in climbing the steep ladder to the loft.

Air source heat pump (can be used for cooling also).

Note! If you are coming to a fishing holiday with your friends and want to enjoy your holiday until the end, then we recommend booking final cleaning. When final cleaning is booked as an additional service it covers basic cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, wiping the surfaces). However, the booked final cleaning does not cover dish-washing, returning table and cookware to their original place or garbage removal. Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point. There are certain designated places for cleaning the fish, and fishes must not be cleaned inside the cottages or on their terraces. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning.

Houtskär is a genuine archipelago commune consisting of 700 islands of different size with 570 inhabitants during winter. In summer, the dwellers multiply and make the villages quaint and lively.

The cottage is located near a village called Näsby. Dreamy and beautiful during the winter, Näsby brightens up in spring and becomes the most lively summer center with its shops, guest harbour and restaurants.

There are three ferry trips along the way.

For rent: 2,5 hp engine (Yamaha). Rent is 50 euros. There is also deposit payment of 350 euros, which will be returned after holiday when engine is at the same condition as it was when it was received. Customers pay gasoline according to use.

Note! Weekend reservations only until 16:00 (during summer's A-price period only till 12:00).
