Casa a schiera "San Lorenzo", 494 m s.l.m., piacevole, accogliente, d'epoca, ristrutturata nel 2015. Nel centro di Cortona, posizione eccellente: centrale e nel contempo tranquilla. Nella casa: wifi, lavatrice. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio pubblico 400 m extra. Negozio alimentare 260 m, ristorante, bar 60 m, stazione ferroviaria "Camucia" 4 km, piscina termale "Rapolano" 40 km, lago balneabile "Trasimeno" 13 km. Attrazioni nelle vicinanze: Castiglion Del Lago 20 km, Passignano sul Trasimeno 21 km, Arezzo 30 km, Montepulciano 30 km, Perugia 49 km. Prego notare: non adatto per bambini piccoli non adatto a bambini al di sotto dei 10 anni. Il proprietario non accetta gruppi di giovani.

"San Lorenzo", casa a schiera 4 locali 90 m2 su 3 piani al 1. piano. Arredamento molto gradevole e elegante: soggiorno con camino, TV (satellite) e schermo piatto. Cucina aperta (4 punti cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, congelatore) con tavolo da pranzo. Doccia/bidè/WC. Piano superiore: 1 camera matrimoniale con climatizzazione. 1 camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e climatizzazione. Doccia/bidè/WC. Riscaldamento a gas (extra). Riscaldamento utilizzabile dal 15.10. al 15.04. 2. piano superiore: (scala ripida) salotto mansardato altezza del soffitto 50 - 190 cm con 1 divano letto. Vista panoramica sulla cittadina. A disposizione: lavatrice, asciugacapelli. Internet (wifi). 1 animale/cane di piccola taglia consentito.

We loved our stay at San Lorenzo. The only concern we had is the limited communication as the hostess had limited English skills. We missed a few things due to that, but overall had an amazing time!

Better than my own house - this place was better than advertised!! My family had 4 dif rentals in cortona this week and everyone wanted mine next time !- it is close to everything you want to do ( well cortona is small ) but easy to find - mini- Mart is close by and the finishes and decorations were awesome - better than a 4 star hotel. The host thought of everything- there was a blow dryer, laundry detergent, AC ( but we didn’t need it as these old building retain the night cooling ) we could have prepared our own food but preferred to eat out at all the wonderful local places. Host Derna was great and daughter Lara helped translate - booking agency very helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer but would stay there again. My biggest comment to other visitors to cortona is to pack less clothes and bring sturdy walking shoes as it is truly a hill town ! Loved every minute of it
