Private outdoor area: A balcony with a small table and chairs for two persons.
It's a non-smoker apartment and it's situated on the second floor.
There is a school nearby, so you can hear children playing when the windows are open.
And until March 2017 there are some construction work going on nearby, that also makes some noise.
The extra-cost are due before arrival – The local agent will contact you before arrival.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be rented for the price of 20€ per person for bed linen and 10€ per person for towels.

En god oplevelse,både ang leje af lejligheden,men også ved den personlige kontakt til ejer. Vi fik en fantastisk service omkring de praktiske foranstaltninger,og alt fungerede som det skulle. Lejligheden ligger godt placeret og er charmerende oh hyggeligt,der mangler intet. Det eneste minus,er at gaden er lukket af en byggeplads til tramway.

A good experience regarding rental of the apartment and contact with the owner. We got a fantastic service for all the practical information and everything went just fine. The apartment is well located and is charming and cosy. Everything is there.
