The view in the morning from our Apartment was superb as well as the Sunsets towards the direction of the coast. Michaela and staff were very friendly, very welcoming and yet gave us lots of space to really enjoy our time there. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. The owner and staff were top notch and helpful with everything we needed. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren nicht sauber und man mußte jeden Tag die Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel entfernen. Die Anlage liegt ziemlich abseits, aber in einer sehr schönen Landschaft. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. The owner and staff were top notch and helpful with everything we needed. I planned my small wedding ceremony at the property and everything came together perfectly, thanks to the owner and her staff. I can not express enough greatness for this place. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. The view in the morning from our Apartment was superb as well as the Sunsets towards the direction of the coast. Michaela and staff were very friendly, very welcoming and yet gave us lots of space to really enjoy our time there. The pool(s) are (were) also superb, including the above mentioned views from the pool(s) too. Great location for visiting Florence and Siena as well as Volterra. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. The owner and staff were top notch and helpful with everything we needed. I planned my small wedding ceremony at the property and everything came together perfectly, thanks to the owner and her staff. I can not express enough greatness for this place. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. Sie war sehr groß und man hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Gestört hat uns, dass der Pool nicht sauber war, weil er die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt worden ist. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren nicht sauber und man mußte jeden Tag die Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel entfernen. Die Anlage liegt ziemlich abseits, aber in einer sehr schönen Landschaft. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. The view in the morning from our Apartment was superb as well as the Sunsets towards the direction of the coast. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. The owner and staff were top notch and helpful with everything we needed. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren nicht sauber und man mußte jeden Tag die Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel entfernen. Die Anlage liegt ziemlich abseits, aber in einer sehr schönen Landschaft. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! The view in the morning from our Apartment was superb as well as the Sunsets towards the direction of the coast. Michaela and staff were very friendly, very welcoming and yet gave us lots of space to really enjoy our time there. The pool(s) are (were) also superb, including the above mentioned views from the pool(s) too. Great location for visiting Florence and Siena as well as Volterra. We arrived a bit early in the season and although a few of the amenities were not quite prepared, the staff was very helpful making them available. The property is breathtaking and peaceful which made for a very relaxing stay. You are situated a distance off the main road which adds time to your travels, so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. The owner and staff were top notch and helpful with everything we needed. I planned my small wedding ceremony at the property and everything came together perfectly, thanks to the owner and her staff. I can not express enough greatness for this place. Our cappella's terrace had the most amazing view and the unit was sufficient in size. This is a must for anyone looking for a great experience in Italy. What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings. It is very secluded in the Tuscan countryside, so it does take some time to drive but we found the countryside lovely and did not mind the drive. There is no TV or Internet connection in the room but we could get Internet at the office area. It was beautiful to sit under the stars and catch up with email at the end of our day. If you need TV or internet in your room this is not the place for you. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to cook there. The view is lovely. We walked the grounds every morning. You can walk around the vineyards and the woods. The welcome special dinner is worth the cost. Great value, Great space! We pulled off the highway and up to the vineyards. The property is nestled at the end of a long dirt road. It is very romantic. The property is awesome. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery which includes the grape vines and olive trees that are everywhere. There are walnut and plum trees that you pick fresh walnuts plums from at will. When you are in the pool the view is breathtaking. There is a ping pong, foosball and billard table on the grounds. As well as a tennis court. The staff was very good about telling you where to go and even making reservations for you if needed. The location is perfect for seeing Tuscany. Right in the middle of Sienna and Florence. From there I saw Florence, Sienna, Lucca, San Giminano, and Volterra. All were less than an hours drive.
