Bellissimo casale con piscina tra le colline della Val d'Orcia, a San Casciano dei Bagni, Toscana.
Questa splendida casa in affitto è parte di una casa colonica di recente restauro; l'altra parte è usata come magazzino agricolo.
Esternamente, la casa dispone di un grande giardino rigoglioso, il quale ospita una bella piscina circondata da un solarium con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna.
All'interno, la casa è arredata con gusto seguendo il tipico stile toscano delle ville di campagna ed è dotata di ogni comfort per garantire la massima funzionalità. Dalla casa si gode di una meravigliosa vista panoramica sulle colline circostanti. I proprietari gestiscono un'azienda agricola di famiglia e sono a disposizione degli ospiti per ogni evenienza.
La posizione strategica di questa bellissima casa con piscina privata è perfetta per gli ospiti che vogliono esplorare l'intera regione Toscana. A pochi chilometri si possono trovare borghi come Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani e il territorio delle famose Crete Senesi, che si estende dai confini della provincia di Siena e Arezzo fino al Monte Amiata (1738 metri sul livello del mare). A circa 12 km dalla casa è possibile visitare San Casciano dei Bagni, importante località termale molto famosa in Toscana.
Si raggiunge la casa attraverso un tratto di strada sterrata di circa 1,5 km.

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr großzügige Räume, tolle Küche und perfekter Pool. Wie bereits beschrieben liegt sie am Ende eines nicht asphaltierten Wegs abseits sonstiger Einrichtungen - perfekt, um die Zeit dort zu genießen, man sollte das aber wissen.
Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort half.

Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung auf einem sehr schönen, großen Grundstück gelegen und bietet eine absolut traumhafte Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, usw.).
Der Pool ist der Knaller! Richtig groß, super Wasserqualität und - wie gesagt - tolle Aussicht. Wir hatten immer unsere Ruhe.
Muss man wissen: das ganze Grundstück ist extrem ab vom Schuss. Mal zu Fuß irgendwo kurz hin ist unmöglich. Das Grundstück liegt auf 480 Meter Höhe und ist am Ende nur über eine Schotterpiste zu erreichen.
Die Eigentümerin mit Familie wohnt direkt nebenan. Die Unterkunft mit Pool ist nicht alleinstehend.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Familie, die die Ferienwohung betreibt war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und herrschaftlich. Durch die massive bauweise des Hauses waren die Temperaturen in der Wohnung stets angenehm, trotz der Hitzewelle. Und der Blick aus der Wohnung ins Tal ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir denken noch oft an den tollen Urlaub zurück.

Wir hatten Mitte Mai eine traumhafte Woche in der CASA OLIVIA. Wir wurden herzlich von einer tollen Gastgeberin empfangen, die uns immer mit guten Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite stand. Die großzügige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines riesigen Steinhauses und ist absolut geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Große bequeme Betten, moderne Bäder, eine riesige perfekt ausgestattete Küche und ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit kamin. Man kann aber auch ganz gemütlich in der Küche sitzen und essen. Wir haben mehrmals ein Feuer in dem gut funktionierenden Kamin gemacht und dafür immer reichlich trockenes Holz auf dem großen Grundstück gefunden. Sonst hätte es aber auch Holzvorräte direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, war super sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts noch zweimal geputzt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls groß und traumhaft gelegen und ist natürlich noch ein zusätzliches Highlight des Hauses. Obwohl die Vermieterfamilie mit auf dem Grundstück lebt waren wir sowohl im Haus als auch am Pool die ganze Zeit über völlig ungestört. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist in Piazze nur 3km entfernt und ein größerer in Fabro in 11km Entfernung. Fazit: Traumhaus, mit tollem Pool und hervorragender Ausstattung in großartiger Umgebung. Das alles noch gepaart mit tollen Gastgebern und vielen tollen Ausflugszielen in der Nahe Umgebung. Und fällt nichts ein, was hier noch besser sein könnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We had a fantastic week in May in the CASA OLIVIA. We were greeted warmly by a great hostess who always gave us good tipps and advice. The spacious apartment is on the first floor of a huge stone house and is absolutely tasteful and high quality furnished. Large comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, a huge perfectly equipped kitchen and a huge living and dining room with fireplace. But you can also sit comfortably in the kitchen and eat. We have several times made a fire in the well functioning fireplace and always found ample dry wood on the large property. Otherwise, however, there would have been wood supplies right in front of the house. The house is in a top condition, was super clean and was cleaned twice during our stay. The pool is also large and fantastically located and is of course still an additional highlight of the house. Although the landlord family lived on the property we were in the house as well as at the pool all the time over completely undisturbed. The nearest small supermarket is in Piazze only 3km away and a larger one in Fabro at 11km distance. Conclusion: dream house, with great pool and excellent facilities in great surroundings.

Eine absolute Traumlage. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Alles sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist absolut megatop. Hinzu kommt, dass sie mit ihren 4 Kindern den Laden alleine schmeißt.
Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern dort. Absolut perfekt.
